Again from John Solomon who seems to be all over this story, and did you catch that a key part of all of this is the Durham Report?

The theme of tonight's show is accountability, and we are starting to get some recently.

Our new reporting up at justthenews.com says that the FBI has opened what they are calling a grand conspiracy probe on the weaponization of government and the Department of Justice, dealing with everything from the Russian collusion hoax back in 2016 right up to Jack Smith's antics nearly a decade later.

It will be investigated as a possible ongoing criminal conspiracy.

A lot of things happened with that. Now, the investigation was opened several weeks ago by FBI Director Kash Patel, and now it might get a big time boost from President Trump.

They need him to declassify tranches of evidence that could signal how the 2016 Russia collusion conspiracy started. We're gonna try to see if we can get President Trump on the show tomorrow night.

Now, remember Hillary Clinton's classified email server? That's what the first piece of evidence is related to, a classified annex to the Inspector General's probe of the Clinton email server.

Now, apparently, that annex is said to show some wrongdoing was done, but it was ignored by the FBI. They didn't look at it.

We'll have a guest on later in the show that can help us understand what that's all about.

The second tranche of evidence also deals with Hillary Clinton, and it was identified before when Russiagate Special Counsel John Durham.

It was placed in a classified annex also. It was dubbed in Durham's report the Clinton Plan Intelligence.

So, the central question is twofold. What did the government know about how Russiagate started, and when did they know it?

Because if they knew it wasn't credible, that Hillary Clinton was behind it, and it was just a dirty trick, and they started to investigate it anyways, it's gonna be a big problem, a big part of that conspiracy.

The ball is now in Attorney General Pam Bondi's court. She can decide to appoint a special prosecutor on this, and if she does, and treats it like an ongoing conspiracy, the statute of limitation for old crimes goes away, and she can impanel a grand jury in a place like Florida, not the District of Columbia.

Why? 'Cause Jack Smith raided President Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.

So, that'll be a big advantage for the prosecution.

Kash Patel apparently needs President Trump to declassify a couple “tranches of evidence” - both related to Hillary Clinton, which are:

1. Docs related to Hillary Clinton’s email server.

2. A classified portion of the Durham Report titled, “The Clinton plan - Intelligence.”

Trump is 💯 going to declassify.

John Solomon just broke huge news with Steve Bannon on Real America's Voice, saying that a massive Conspiracy Case will be brought in the next 7-10 days by the DOJ and it will target all the bad actors from 2016 Crossfire Hurricane and everything else.

It won't have to be brought in DC, it will likely be brought in Florida.

Solomon says MAGA is going to be "very happy" when they see this actually announced.  It's been underway for a while now and will soon be made public and charges officially filed.

He said it's been covered up by all the recent infighting, and perhaps that was the ploy all along?  Keep everyone distracted?  President Trump is the absolute MASTER at misdirection, especially to the Fake News.

I know one thing, I sure wouldn't want to be Brennen or Comey or Clapper right now.

And I think next week, over the next 10 days—days—and the base who's been wondering, "Where's all that accountability?" They're gonna get some big surprises over the next, uh, week, concerning where the conspiracy began, a few weeks before, uh, Crossfire Hurricane was opened, and when it ended, all the way in 2024.

When they were still trying to pursue Donald Trump to keep him from winning the presidency.

There's a big case that's been built by the Justice Department and the FBI. It's been masked by a lot of this infighting and drama and soap opera stuff.

But the truth of the matter is, MAGA base Americans are gonna be happy when they see where this is all heading in the next few weeks. Kash Patel's going nowhere.

I hope Dan Bongino isn't going anywhere, but I do think he's gonna take some time over the weekend to think that through.

—in some of the media reporting, but I've gotta confirm. There is a conspiracy case that was opened that looks at this window as a very large window.

And why does this become significant? Because you don't have to necessarily then bring the grand jury or the indictment in Washington, DC, where the 90% Democrat jury pool probably won't convict even if they had a murder.

It allows them to go to some place like Florida. One act of the overt conspiracy could very well be, Steve, that they raided, um, President Trump's, uh, Mar-a-Lago house with false pretenses.

And then you can bring the grand jury in Florida. You can bring the indictment in Florida, because an overt act of the conspiracy occurred there.

Maybe several overt act of the conspiracy occurred there. You don't have to have a all blue jury in Washington, DC that has Trump derangement syndrome.

So, this has been going on behind the scenes.

I've been working on this. I decided tonight to get some of this out they've been talking about in my show.

This is a really big deal. Now, who becomes the special prosecutor? How far ranging is it?

That's to be determined by the scope memo that a Pam Bondi would, would write.

But there is some work on a scope memo that's been done already, and there is an enormous opportunity for those of us who've been calling for accountability to see a path to it for the first time.

A legitimate path. Not, not smoke, not mirrors. A legitimate path to accountability.

Also, let me just ask you, on this, uh, conspiracy. Does that mean 'cause people talk about the statute of limits, and you can only get Brennan for, uh, perjury, lying to Congress—

Right.

—that you can't get him for everything involved in Crossfire Hurricane—

Yeah.

—everything involved, uh, with the nullification project, the Russian hoax.

Are you saying by being a criminal conspiracy that's still ongoing, that we can go back in time 10 years and still get Brennan and still get all these guys for more serious charges of conspiracy to, of a coup d'etat, sir?

That's how conspiracy cases can work. You can, uh, charge a series of events into a larger conspiracy and go back beyond the window of time that, uh, the normal statute of limitations for any single crime occurred.

And keep in mind, some, uh, there's also—

The prosecutors can make a very powerful argument that if you didn't know the crime had occurred 'cause it had been hidden, the statute of limitations could actually reset for a period of time.

But I think the most likely scenario is a large conspiracy case, um, uh, and it starts, uh, in the middle of July 2016, when, uh, John Brennan walks into President Obama 2 weeks before or a, a few days before Crossfire Hurricane is launched and said,

"Hey. We have this intercept, intercepted information that Hillary Clinton has, um, uh, authorized a, um, uh, a program to make it look like Donald Trump's a Russian spy and Vladimir Putin is helping him."

President Obama and, uh, Brennan knew before the FBI opened up on that information that this was a dirty trick by Hillary Clinton.

That would be the first overt act, and then it would carry all the way through, uh, a Ukraine impeachment.

It could go into the FBI refusing to look at, uh, the Chinese interference in the 2020 election as one of the overt acts.

They didn't wanna help Donald Trump, so they ignored a potential counterintelligence threat.

It allows for a very large series of events to be wrapped into a single conspiracy, and all of them to be brought into the indictment.
