We have a major update for you.
On Saturday, WLT Report reported Rep. Andy Ogles planned to file articles of impeachment against Obama appointed Judge Allison Burroughs.
Ogles signaled he would impeach Burroughs due to the fact she defied the Supreme Court by blocking the Trump administration from ending Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalis.
Now Ogles has announced he has officially introduced articles of impeachment against the “radical judicial activist.”
Fox News provided further context on Ogles’ move:
The federal judge who blocked the Trump administration from ending protections for Somalis in the U.S. is facing a new impeachment threat from President Donald Trump’s allies in Congress.
Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., has filed an impeachment resolution against Judge Allison Burroughs, a federal judge on the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Burroughs issued a stay on Friday temporarily blocking the Trump administration from ending Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalis, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), amid an ongoing lawsuit by African Communities Together arguing the move was made based on racially discriminatory grounds.
Ogles’ resolution, first obtained by Fox News Digital, accused Burroughs of having “defied the authority of both Federal law and the Supreme Court.”
“There is no serious debate about what is going on in these cases—defiance, obstruction, and delay,” DHS General Counsel James Percival posted on X on Friday.
The order came despite a Supreme Court ruling in June that significantly curbed lower courts’ ability to block TPS decisions.
But the latest stay order is based on an amended complaint by the plaintiffs aiming to account for that ruling.
Ogles argued in his impeachment resolution, “In issuing this stay, Judge Burroughs attempted to get around the Supreme Court’s ruling in Mullin v. Doe by entertaining spurious allegations of racial and national-origin discrimination against an Administration that has chosen to not renew a single temporary protected status designation.”

I have just introduced articles of impeachment against radical judicial activist Judge Allison Burroughs for ignoring the Supreme Court and attempting to force mass migration from Somalia into American communities.
America is not Africa’s dumping ground. We will end Temporary Protected Status, remove those who have no lawful right to remain, and put the sovereignty of the American people FIRST.

DHS General Counsel James Percival shared the rogue judge’s strategy is to “delay, delay, delay.”
Take a look:

ADVERTISEMENTJudge Burroughs already prevented us from ending Somalia TPS, notwithstanding the Supreme Court’s ruling. But what makes her case notable is that, after we sought emergency relief from the First Circuit, she vacated her order and entered a new one on Friday, seeking to make us start over.
At this point, plaintiffs cannot win, so the whole strategy is delay, delay, delay.
As Trump’s second term is set to end in 2028, the Trump administration must find a way to prevent rogue judges from denying the MAGA agenda at every turn.
