As deranged liberals continue to try to vandalize the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, the Interior Department has now ordered fencing to be installed to protect the monument.
Fencing was spotted going up on Tuesday afternoon.

It’s sad that people can’t be trusted enough to keep the pool open without the need for fencing.
But, this is the right move.
A spokesperson spoke to The Hill about the addition to the Reflecting Pool:
“With the increase in vandalism by leftist activists, the fencing is going up earlier than originally planned to ensure no more damage is done to this historic site,” an Interior Department spokesperson told The Hill, noting that fencing is usually added during Fourth of July celebrations to ensure public safety.
Along with the fences, new AI surveillance systems were also set-up at the pool.

The new surveillance systems include several features designed to catch any further vandals.
TMZ reported:
This is more than just an eye in the sky … this A.I. features real-time tracking, intrusion detection, HD monitoring, strobe lights, automated spotlights and loud, talk-down horn speaker.
ADVERTISEMENTTrump’s beefing up security through traditional measures too … reinstalling fences and bringing in the National Guard and U.S. Marshals to patrol the area … leading to multiple arrests.
So far, at least five individuals have been arrested for allegedly vandalizing the Reflecting Pool — and, there may be more to come.
Surveillance footage of the alleged leftists who may have cut the 350-foot gash in the pool’s lining has also been released by the Interior Department.
