IT’S OFFICIAL: Palm Beach International Airport to Be Re-Named After President Trump

Florida will soon become home to the very first airport named in honor of our wonderful president, Donald J. Trump.

Today, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a piece of legislation that will re-name Palm Beach International Airport after President Trump.

The new name will be Donald J. Trump International Airport.

What a fantastic way to pay tribute to one of — if not the — greatest presidents of our time!

The bill to re-name the airport passed in the Florida House and Senate back in February.

But, it won’t officially go into effect until July 1st — which, coincidentally, will coincide with America’s 250th birthday celebration this summer.

Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed legislation renaming Palm Beach International Airport the President Donald J. Trump International Airport, a move that takes effect July 1 and honors the president who maintains a home at Mar-a-Lago just miles from the West Palm Beach facility.

DeSantis signed HB 919 on Monday, according to the Governor’s Office. The bill, which passed the Florida House 81-30 and the Senate 25-11 in February, also bars local governments from renaming major commercial service airports, including those in Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Jacksonville and Southwest Florida.

Soon, you’ll be able to fly out of Donald J. Trump International Airport over the Gulf of America!
