Kash Patel Explodes on California Rep. Eric Swalwell, Calls ‘Bullsh*t’ on His ‘Entire Career!’

A key Democrat named by Kash Patel in his book, “Government Gangsters”, had a chance to grill the FBI Director during a second day of hearings before Congress this morning.

Rep. Eric Swalwell has long been at the top of Patel’s list of Democrat operatives fixated on bringing down President Trump and covering over the many crimes of the Deep State.

Swalwell attempted multiple lines of questioning in an attempt to pin the perceived lack of full transparency regarding the Epstein issue on either Patel, or President Trump.

I have to confess in the interest of full transparency; I’m still torn on this issue myself.

Firstly, I can’t decide whether or not ‘we the people’ are still being lied to with an ongoing coverup of the long-awaited Epstein rollout.

And secondly — if we are being lied to — who exactly in the Trump Administration can still be trusted…

And exactly who are the culprits on the inside continuing to protect the elites at the top?

That said, there’s one thing I’m not conflicted about in the least; Rep. Eric Swalwell is every bit as dangerous to the Republic as Patel has claimed.

So when I see Swalwell attempt to smugly call ‘bullsh*t’ on FBI Director Kash Patel only to have it thrown right back in his face — I remember that I voted for that.

To begin with, here’s one of the clips being shared of the moment Kash Patel volleyed the ‘bullsh*t’ descriptor right back over the net after Swalwell left himself wide open:

And here’s a full screen version of that clip so that — if you’re like me and want to replay it again, and again, and again — you can do so to your heart’s content:

That exchange, including several other snarky moments, happened as Director Patel was questioned regarding the Epstein investigation and the ongoing investigation into the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

Swalwell was unsurprisingly among those who entered the questioning hellbent on catching Patel in a game of never-ending ‘gotcha’ questions.

He was the first to call ‘bullsh*t’, claiming Patel’s assertion that everything that he could legally release concerning Epstein has been released.

But Swalwell’s earlier assertion that Patel was simply hiding sexual predators ensured there would be fireworks for his remaining line of questioning, as reported by Fox News:

Swalwell zeroed in on Patel’s conversations with Attorney General Pam Bondi related to Trump after the Wall Street Journal reported that Trump, who was once friends with Epstein, was told by the DOJ that his name appeared in the files.

“Director, you’ve played this cute shell game where you say you can’t release everything because the court has said that it legally is not allowed to be released, but the court calls bulls**t,” Swalwell said.

Swalwell has long stood out as a political rival of Trump’s after serving on the House Intelligence Committee and openly accusing Trump of colluding with Russia to influence the 2016 election, a claim that was never proven following multiple federal investigations. Patel was a top staffer for Republicans on the intel committee at the same time Swalwell served on it.

“I’m going to borrow your terminology and call bullsh**t on your entire career in Congress,” Patel said. “It has been a disgrace to the American people,” he added as Swalwell shouted over him to reclaim his time and as other lawmakers called for order.

Swalwell was one of numerous Democrats to broach the Epstein files after the DOJ botched a rollout of them earlier this year and ultimately said it would not disclose any further nonpublic information. Patel had long said prior to becoming FBI director that the government was covering for sexual predators affiliated with Epstein.

Patel addressed the case in his opening statement, saying former U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta did not, in his view, seek enough information when Epstein was originally prosecuted.

“The original sin on the Epstein case was how it was handled by Mr. Acosta when he first brought the case in 2006, seven and eight,” Patel said. “The original case had a very limited search warrant, had a very limited search window.… I would not have done it that way.”

Again, I don’t know if there is an intentional ongoing attempt to conceal the truth of the Epstein files from us.

It certainly seems that way at times — though as I said, who is at the heart of that possible conspiracy to keep the facts hidden?

I don’t know.

But I agree with Kash Patel that if he were in charge of the Epstein investigation from the beginning of 2016… that limited “investigation” would have probably gone where it needed to go.

Covering up a LEGIT investigation is a lot harder than covering up a show trial designed for public consumption; which is what it seems we are left bickering over at this point.

So the anger and frustration that fueled Patel’s response to Swalwell tracks perfectly.

Here’s another clip that highlights the key moment when Patel reached peak frustration with Swalwell:

For context, keep in mind that Swalwell was one of the high profile Democrats caught up in a SUCCESSFUL Chinese honey-pot operation.

That’s right — don’t forget that the same Swalwell who now presumes to sit in judgement of Kash Patel, claiming the FBI Director is actively covering for pedophiles…

Was himself locked in a secret sexual relationship with a Chinese operative for YEARS, while sitting on multiple Congressional committees centering around national security.

That was all first unveiled in this explosive report back in 2020 by Axios:

A suspected Chinese intelligence operative developed extensive ties with local and national politicians, including a U.S. congressman, in what U.S. officials believe was a political intelligence operation run by China’s main civilian spy agency between 2011 and 2015, Axios found in a yearlong investigation.

The woman at the center of the operation, a Chinese national named Fang Fang or Christine Fang, targeted up-and-coming local politicians in the Bay Area and across the country who had the potential to make it big on the national stage.

Among the most significant targets of Fang’s efforts was Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.).

Fang took part in fundraising activity for Swalwell’s 2014 re-election campaign, according to a Bay Area political operative and a current U.S. intelligence official. Swalwell’s office was directly aware of these activities on its behalf, the political operative said.

Fang helped place at least one intern in Swalwell’s office, according to those same two people, and interacted with Swalwell at multiple events over the course of several years.

Amid a widening counterintelligence probe, federal investigators became so alarmed by Fang’s behavior and activities that around 2015 they alerted Swalwell to their concerns — giving him what is known as a defensive briefing.

Fang left the country unexpectedly in mid-2015 amid the investigation. She did not respond to multiple attempts by Axios to reach her by email and Facebook.

How unforeseen that the Chinese spy would so “unexpectedly” flee the U.S. right after the FBI gave Swalwell the news he was caught up in the investigation.

Funny how that works.

And now Rep. Swalwell is playing as if he owns the highroad, claiming Kash Patel is covering for pedophiles?

Even with the lackluster fumbling of the Epstein files… I’m having a hard time swallowing THAT very obvious blue pill.

Not that any more context is needed to paint an accurate picture of Swalwell’s dirty secrets…

Nevertheless, here’s the moment Nick Sortor scored a firsthand account of Swalwell’s many failures during a drunken dinner rant in February of this year:

And here’s the full text for easier reading from Sortor’s firsthand account of Swalwell’s unintended drunken tell-all:

#BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Eric Swalwell PANICS when I ask about his Chinese spy girlfriend Fang Fang, and whether that’s a bigger “national security threat” than Elon Musk

I sat next to a drunk Swalwell at dinner for 90 minutes. He was IMMEDIATELY compromised by a group of lobbyists he’d JUST MET, spilling intimate details about his job and asking for HELP CHEATING ON HIS WIFE.

MASSIVE national security threat. This guy should have his clearances revoked.

Swalwell spent his dinner bragging about “ORGlES” on Capitol Hill, telling them he’s bored of his wife and “only wants to f*ck tens.”

Worse, he spoke about ABUSlNG his power on the House Intel Committee (which he’s since been booted off of), saying he pushed to SUBPOENA Ivanka Trump because she’s “hot as f*ck”

THIS GUY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HOMELAND SECURITY COMMITTEE. He CANNOT keep his freaking mouth shut.

After I began questioning him, Swalwell jumped back into the group of lobbyists to hide from me, but I pressed on.

Dude looked absolutely TERRIFIED and 100% guilty. He knows he’s been caught.

More to come later. I have about an hour and a half of audio to go through 😉

And big shoutout to @LauraLoomer for assisting me with digging into this clown while I was focusing on listening in!

Maybe Rep. Swalwell isn’t the saintly guardian of the proverbial high road required to make the lofty claim that Kash Patel is covering for pedophiles, after all.

He never was.

I’ll agree — someone probably is.  And I hope we find out who before this is all said and done.

But that unanswered question doesn’t diminish one bit for me the sense of poetic justice of FBI Director Kash Patel telling Rep. Eric Swalwell on the floor of the House that his ‘entire career’ can be summed up as ‘bullsh*t’.

Someone write that down — that’s one for the books.
