The bum has arrived!

President Zelensky has once again visited D.C. and once again he is wearing a disrespectful T-shirt.

There have been many rumors circulating that the White House specifically asked him to wear a suit, but I can’t confirm those rumors.

What I can confirm is this video of Zelensky back in D.C. for meetings wearing his sloppy black t-shirt:
