An illegal immigrant semi-truck driver has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide after his reckless maneuver caused the death of three Americans.
On Tuesday, truck driver Harjinder Singh allegedly made an unlawful U-turn on a Florida highway.
As he turned, a black minivan slammed into his tractor-trailer, which was blocking oncoming traffic. All three passengers inside that minivan died.
Horrifying footage of the moment the minivan plowed into the truck is going viral online.
Watch here:
The alleged semi-truck driver who killed three people while making a U-turn at an “Official Use Only” turn on the Florida Turnpike is an ILLEGAL MIGRANT who was granted a commercial driver’s license by the State of California.

The most terrifying thing about that video is honestly the truck driver’s reaction.
He is chillingly calm, appearing to completely lack remorse and care for the lives that perished in the crash he senselessly caused…
Both of the passengers in the minivan died on impact, while the minivan’s driver died later at a hospital.
The New York Post reported:
Two passengers in the minivan were killed instantly, while the driver clung to life and was pulled from the wreck. The driver was later declared dead at a nearby hospital.
The victims’ names have not been released, but were confirmed to be a 37-year-old Pompano Beach woman, a 30-year-old Florida City man and a 54-year-old Miami man, Treasure Coast Newspapers reported.
Singh was charged with three counts of vehicular homicide and is in Florida custody.
Here are some photos and videos from the aftermath of the deadly, and entirely preventable, crash:

It has not been revealed which country Singh originally came from (though, I can make a guess…)
But, we know he has been living illegally in the U.S. for seven years.
Of course, this illegal alien’s driver’s license was issued in California.

If he is convicted, then he will serve out his sentence in the U.S. before being deported.
CBS 12 reported:
The pickup truck driver, Harjinder Singh, has now been charged with three counts of vehicular homicide. At the time of the crash a 25-year-old passenger was in the cabin with Singh. Officials said Singh entered the US illegally by crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in 2018.
Grant Maxey has been driving commercial trucks for 30 years. He said Singhs actions were not only illegal, but senseless.
“It’s senseless. There’s no reason,” Maxey said. He could’ve gone down to the next exit, went over the overpass or underpass which ever it is, got back on the road and go in the opposite direction.”
Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director Dave Kerner issued a statement regarding the crash which read in part:
“Three people lost their lives as a result of his recklessness, and countless friends and family members will experience the pain of their loss forever. Harjinder Singh is in custody on state vehicular homicide charges and immigration violations. He will no longer be able to damage and destroy the lives of Floridians and visitors.”
Lock him up…then deport him!
And then, hold everyone who was involved in giving this guy a license and a truck driving job accountable.
They all have blood on their hands.
Everyone who had a hand in giving the truck driver a CDL should be put in prison.
From top to bottom.
We need HARSH penalties for this!!!!!!!!
