N.Y. AG Letitia James: ‘Prepared To SEIZE Trump’s Assets’

The Attorney General in New York, Letitia James tries to flex her muscles.

“If Trump does not have funds to pay…we will ask the judge to seize his assets!”

Spoken in the spirit of a thug, one that’s leaning forward threateningly as he pulls back a raised fist.

She can flap her gums all she wants, Trump doesn’t make moves based on what Democrats say.

And he certainly isn’t going to lose sleep over anything she says.

The real question is, how do we replace this attorney general?

She’s a drain on New York!

National Review reports:

New York attorney general Letitia James said she is prepared to seize former president Donald Trump’s business assets if he can’t pay the $355 million fine following the end of his civil-fraud case late last week.

“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News on Tuesday.

On Friday, Manhattan judge Arthur Engoron, a Democrat, served the $355 million verdict and an additional $100 million in pre-judgment interest to Trump and his companies over their allegedly fraudulent financial statements. Trump and his co-defendants, including his sons Donald Jr. and Eric, were found liable for inflating his net worth to receive lower interest rates. The court decision was made without a jury.

The former president was also barred from operating business in New York for the next three years. James first brought the case against him, his family, and the Trump Organization in September 2022.

“We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day,” James said in the ABC News interview, referring to the Trump Building in Lower Manhattan.

Fox News adds:

New York Attorney General Letitia James said on Monday that she is prepared to seize former President Donald Trump’s assets if he is unable to pay the massive judgment handed down in his civil fraud case.

“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek, you know, judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.

Last week, Trump was barred from operating his business in New York for three years and was found liable for more than $350 million in damages in the civil fraud case brought against him, his family, and the Trump Organization by James.

“We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers,” James said of her commitment to ensuring Trump pays the fine. “And yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day (the location of The Trump Building).

New York Judge Arthur Engoron handed down his ruling Friday after a months-long trial beginning in October and stemming from James’ lawsuit alleging the former president inflated his assets and committed fraud.

Engoron ruled that Trump and the other defendants were liable for “persistent and repeated fraud,” “falsifying business records,” “issuing false financial statements,” “conspiracy to falsify false financial statements,” “insurance fraud,” and “conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.”

The ruling comes weeks after Trump was ordered to pay over $83 million in a defamation case brought by writer E. Jean Carroll, who accused Trump of sexual assault.

Here’s Letitia, using what looks like new spell created by these Democrat word magicians.

“Too male, too pale, too stale.”

These people hate you.

Shark Tank Kevin weighs in on the subject.

He sees the writing on the wall concerning New York.

Call me crazy, but I don’t think Trump will hand over $350M to our enemies that would most likely use it against the people.

Also, I’m pretty sure President Trump’s funds are safe, well secure, and faaaar out of reach of being seized by any communist or traitor.
