John Eastman Remains Loyal to President Trump

The DOJ continues to make a joke out of our justice system.

Giving legal advice to your client now makes you a “co-conspirator” now.

John Eastman is assumed to be co-conspirator #2 in the most recent indictment of President Trump.

Eastman has not been indicted yet. He’s made it clear that he won’t be forced to take a deal.

The charges he could face are flimsy at best.

Upshot: Jack Smith has chosen to criminally prosecute a (debatable, to be sure!) act of constitutional interpretation, performed in the context of the very “zealous” representation the attorney-client relationship necessarily calls for. Do these people have any idea what a mockery have they made of the legal profession in America? Criminalizing alternative interpretations of the Constitution—are you clowns serious?

John Eastman knows this is a sham and is not going to be pressured into a deal.

‘We’re ruling it out now and forever, because he committed no crime. If indicted, we’re going to trial. If convicted, we’re appealing,’ lawyer Harvey Silvergate told DailyMail.com when asked if he would take a plea.

It is complete nonsense to even put a lawyer in this position for assisting his client.

The idea of not certifying the votes has legal precedent.

The 1960 election saw the electoral votes switched from Republican to Democrat even after they were certified by the governor.

Plus the 2001, 2005, and 2017 elections were all publicly and legally challenged after a Republican won the election.

The games they play are truly getting old.

Every election it is the same. This time they won and are using any tactic to retain that power.

John Eastman’s lawyer did an interview with NBC 10 at of Boston.

He understands what this entire game is about. Candidate suppression.

And can I say one more thing? I am appalled that the Department of Justice — under a Democratic administration — appalled that they have done this to the leading Republican candidate for the presidency prior to the Republican National Convention. There is a statute of limitations that is quite lengthy and they could have waited. Common decency, common sense and propriety would have had them wait until after the nomination because if Trump got the nomination, then they should wait until after the election. I consider that what the Department of Justice is doing here to be candidate suppression. That’s not their job. So the timing is appallingly bad judgment and I believe done in bad faith to keep him from being the Republican nominee for president. They realize Biden is a very weak candidate. If Biden had any common sense, he would have just said he was not running for a second term. That would have opened up the field to some excellent Democratic — younger Democratic candidates. So on top of everything else, this is an attempt to kind of fix the election for Biden. It is appalling in every single way.

It is disgusting what the Democrats are doing.

They cried so much and made the people apathetic to their games.

Now they can blatantly flaunt their corruption in our face.

Despite all of these games, Trump is still proving strong in the polls.

Michigan is a state that President Trump lost (supposedly) by over 150,000 votes.

President Trump is even with Sleepy Joe in a head-to-head race. Winner when you throw in the Green Party.

It’s still early, but he can win this thing no matter what they throw at him.

Loyal allies like John Eastman will help in the cause.
