Biden To Blame For Haiti Catastrophe? Former U.S. Ambassador Weighs In

Joe Biden has turned his back on America and the broader world.

I am not one to champion the empire, I have written against U.S. imperialism many, many times. Our current foreign policy destroys the world while impoverishing our nation—what good is that?

That being said, if a state or a government must have an empire, they could at least do it well.

All eyes are on Haiti as the current crisis in the world’s poorest country rages on and cannibal gangs have taken over the streets.

Some have blamed the French, others the Haitian people, but not many people have pointed the finger where it should rightly be pointed—at the Biden administration and Justin Trudeau’s government.

Former U.S. Ambassador Dan Foote and the former Prime Minister of Haiti have gone on record to correct the record.

Both individuals blame Joe Biden and Trudeau for what is currently manifesting in Haiti. Haiti’s former Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe recently appeared on an episode of Tucker Carlson’s show to discuss the current crisis and lay blame.

Congressman Byron Donalds also blamed the Biden administration for the current crisis in Haiti:

Breitbart spoke with former U.S. Special Envoy to Haiti, Dan Foote:

In 2021, more than 15,000 Haitian migrants approached the Del Rio river crossing in Texas, creating a TV-magnified political crisis for Biden.

At the time, American officials were helping Haiti elect a new government to replace Prime Minister Ariel Henry, who took on the role days before the assassination of the nation’s last president, Jovenel Moïse, that year.

Henry did not want to quit, so he told Biden, “I’ll keep taking the deportees but you guys must let me stay in power,” Foote recalled.

Biden stopped pressuring Haiti to organize an election, letting Henry stay in power.

In exchange, Henry signed the vital paperwork that allowed Biden to fly the Del Rio migrants back to Haiti, said Foote.

The former Prime Minister of Haiti recently joined Tucker Carlson on a segment of his show and confirmed the argument that the Biden administration and the government of Canada are responsible for Haiti’s troubles.

Daily Star highlighted the violence currently gripping Haiti:

After the interview, the journalist sent a message reading: “Cannibalism is not widespread, but definitely an indication of the worsening situation.

It definitely happens on a few occasions.”

There’s a power struggle among gangs in Haiti, but one of the most feared figures in Port-au-Prince’s underworld is Jimmy Cherizier.
