Now, we just learned that William Upham was arrested late Wednesday night.

He was booked into Duval County jail, where he is being held for the U.S. Marshal's Service.

Libs of TikTok shared his booking sheet on X:

Here's a closer look:

Upham's video threatening the president's life is enough to put him behind bars for quite some time.

If convicted, Upham is facing up to five years in jail.

But, a complaint filed by the Secret Service reveals even more disturbing allegations against this former Marine, who was discharged from the military due to medical reasons.

According to that complaint, Upham also posted videos online instructing viewers on the most effective methods to kill "the enemy."

More from the Jacksonville Florida Times-Union:

At an initial hearing July 16 in Jacksonville's federal court, U.S. Magistrate Judge Samuel Horovitz appointed a defense lawyer to represent Upham and ordered the defendant held pending trial.

A complaint filed by a U.S. Secret Service agent said Upham posted two videos on social media July 13 that linked killing Trump to passages in the Bible’s Book of Revelation.

“Revelation Chapter 19 Verse 11 states that the heavenly warrior will defeat President Trump and president [sic] Trump will be sent to hell with the beast,” the complaint, which was unsealed July 16, quoted Upham saying in one video. “ … God will help you. This is a call to arms. To all of God's children, you must overthrow the Trump Administration on behalf of God.”

Upham is a write-in candidate for Florida’s Fifth Congressional District seat now held by U.S. Rep. John Rutherford.

The complaint said Upham, a lawyer and onetime prosecutor who was discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2025, used one video to recommend that viewers work in pairs, using semiautomatic rifles like AR-15s and ammunition he described as “very effective at piercing body armor.”

The complaint said Upham recommended specific shooting patterns he said would produce “a very high chance of killing the enemy” while conserving ammunition.

It said Upham added: “God bless America. God bless our troops. God will protect you. Trust in God."
