BREAKING: U.S. Bombs Iran Again Hours After President Trump Declares Ceasefire Dead

After being essentially on life support for the last several days, the ceasefire with Iran is officially dead.

On Wednesday, President Trump declared that it’s over and he’s no longer interested in negotiating with the country.

Then, he told Iran to expect more bombings this evening.

We brought you this report on that earlier:

Now, under President Trump's orders, the U.S. military is carrying out a fresh wave of strikes against Iran.

Reportedly, tonight's strikes are even bigger than last night's -- which were already the largest since the ceasefire deal was signed.

CENTCOM made the announcement:

At the direction of the Commander in Chief, U.S. Central Command forces have started conducting additional strikes against Iran to further degrade their ability to threaten freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. The United States is holding Iran accountable for recent unjustified aggression against commercial shipping and civilian crews freely navigating a vital international waterway.

Iran messed up big-time by not honoring the ceasefire when they still had a chance...

Now, they are in the finding out stage.

In a post on Truth Social, President Trump called the strikes "retribution for yesterday’s bombing of ships by Iran" and warned "If it happens again, it will get much worse!"

Approximately 10 explosions were heard in the cities of Chabahar and Konarak, according to the official Islamic Republic News Agency. Both cities are on Iran's southern coast and east of the Strait of Hormuz.

"About 10 explosions were heard moments ago in Chabahar and Konarak, and electricity has also been cut to part of the city of Chabahar," IRNA posted on Telegram.

Explosions were heard in the cities of Bandar Abbas and Sirik in the Strait of Hormuz, according to the semiofficial Fars news agency.

Iranian media also reported attacks on both cities today.

The Bushehr nuclear power plant did not sustain any damage during today's U.S military strikes which did hit other parts of the city, the semiofficial Mehr News agency said.

"Tonight’s aggression by the terrorist American military against Bushehr has caused no damage to the nuclear power plant, and there is no cause for concern," the news agency said in a Telegram post.
