Eric Trump is now planning to sue Jen Psaki and MSNOW (formerly MSNBC) for lying on air about his true motives for joining his father’s trip to China.
On Wednesday, the former Biden press secretary speculated that Eric Trump traveling to China could be a conflict of interest.
The Hill broke down her fake news claims:
President Trump’s son Eric Trump said Friday he will sue MS NOW, formerly MSNBC, and host Jen Psaki after a monologue on her show questioned whether his business interests, combined with traveling with his father on a high-stakes trip to China, was a conflict of interest.
ADVERTISEMENTPsaki said on her show “The Briefing” that ALT5 Sigma, a Las Vegas-based fintech company for which Eric Trump once served as a board observer, is seeking a “potential deal with a Chinese computer chip manufacturer to build AI data centers and a whole bunch of other AI-related stuff” connected to China’s government. She cited reporting by the Financial Times.
Disgustingly, Psaki implied that President Trump’s sons have been profiting off of their father’s presidency.
She suggested that Eric joining the China trip was really just so that he could engage in malicious business activities.

Eric Trump was quick to respond to the lies.
In a post on X, he announced plans to sue the network and Psaki, pointing out that he has zero business interests in China.
He’s not even on the board of the fintech company (Alt5 Sigma Corp) that Psaki claimed he was involved with!
Daily Mail confirmed that fact:
Psaki went on to cite a Financial Times report that touted Eric’s former status as an ‘observer’ on the board of a Las Vegas-based fintech firm with connections to the Chinese Communist Party.
ADVERTISEMENTHowever, Eric abandoned a bid for a full board position over the summer, Forbes previously reported, paving the way for Eric’s scathing response.
It was all just a straight-up lie.
