REPORT: Democrat Lawmaker Under FBI Investigation for Allegedly Running Bogus Pro-Kamala PAC

Democrat Tennessee State Rep. Torrey Harris is now reportedly under FBI investigation for allegedly running a fraudulent political action committee (PAC.)

His “WIN TENNESSEE PAC” claimed to be soliciting donations for Kamala Harris’ failed presidential campaign.

It was heavily promoted on Rep. Harris’ social media page, though a fine-print disclaimer noted that the PAC was not actually affiliated with Kamala’s campaign.

The PAC promised donors that their money would be used to help fund Kamala Harris’ advertisements, trips to battleground states, and weekly calls.

But, records show that the PAC only raised less than $2,000 total — and none of it went to any of those things.

In addition, the PAC’s phone number and addresses were completely fake.

The Nashville Banner reported further:

Multiple sources told the Banner that Rep. Harris was being questioned related to his involvement in fundraising in support of Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign in 2024.

The Banner found Rep. Harris repeatedly posted to his Facebook page during the former vice president’s brief presidential campaign, referring people to a now-defunct website associated with the WIN TENNESSEE PAC, of which Rep. Harris is the treasurer.

Archival versions of the website show a small disclaimer that the PAC was not affiliated with Kamala Harris’ campaign, but also claimed that donations would fund multiple trips to battleground states like North Carolina and Georgia, advertising, and weekly statewide organizing calls.

While Rep. Harris made multiple social media posts about one statewide organizationing call on Sept. 6, 2024 and a debate watch party on September 10, there’s no evidence of any other organizing activity or expenses from the PAC.

The website also listed hours for separate offices in Memphis, Nashville and Knoxville offices, though there is no evidence or financial disclosure to suggest there were ever field offices related to the PAC. At one point, the website listed the overtly fake phone number (123) 456-7890, but was later updated to another number.

When the website launched in August, the PAC was soliciting mail-in donations to a P.O. Box, but did not provide a P.O. box number. Later, the address was updated to the business address of a UPS store in Nashville. There is no expenditure listed for any P.O. box, UPS or other mail services.

The PAC also never filed a single required financial disclosure after forming in 2024, and it received three letters from the Federal Election Commission noting delinquent reports between October 2024 and January 2025.

Several reports were filed by the PAC at the end of March 2026, after the investigation reportedly began.

The new reports claim the PAC raised just $1,850 in total, and show just three expenditures: $204 to a fried fish restaurant in Memphis for hosting the debate watch party, $472 to a liquor store for party supplies on the same date, and a $574 reimbursement to Rep. Harris, reportedly for web services related to the PAC.

There is no expenditure or in-kind contribution listed for the debate watch party venue.

Imagine that.

Another Democrat scheme to scam unsuspecting folks out of money…

What a surprise!

Democrats are truly the party of fraud.

Anyone involved in such corruption needs to be held accountable.
