Illegal Immigrants ARRESTED After Firing Guns on Packed Texas Highway

Three illegal immigrants who posted a video on social media of themselves shooting guns on a busy Texas highway have been just arrested.

The video was filmed on New Year’s Eve and quickly went viral online.

It shows them repeatedly and dangerously opening fire on the I-30 bridge in Downtown Dallas.

A viral video showing gunmen firing from a Dallas bridge on New Year’s has now led to multiple arrests and immigration holds as police say the suspects were involved in repeated acts of gun violence across North Texas.

The Dallas Police Department announced the arrests Tuesday, identifying Anthony Acevedo, 20, and Jose AlarconSanchez, 18, both of Grand Prairie, as two of the suspects seen in multiple social media videos firing guns from the Margaret McDermott Bridge over Interstate 30, just west of downtown Dallas.

The reckless gunfire, captured on camera and viewed worldwide, according to police, sparked immediate public outrage and a large-scale investigation.

Detectives with DPD’s Central Patrol Division and Special Investigations Unit launched what police described as an aggressive and exhaustive investigation, working alongside the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Investigators recovered more than 100 shell casings near the bridge.

While investigating the incident, authorities discovered that one of the illegal aliens was also involved in a separate road rage incident where he opened fire into a car carrying a family — including three children.

As the investigation progressed, authorities uncovered connections to another dangerous incident.

Detectives identified Anderson Derce Lara, 25, as the suspect in a road-rage shooting that occurred in November. In that incident, Lara allegedly fired multiple rounds into a vehicle carrying three adults and three children.

With assistance from the ATF, investigators obtained a search warrant and recovered multiple firearms from Lara, including rifles that matched those seen in the social media videos of the New Year’s Eve bridge shooting.

Acevedo and Alarcon-Sanchez face charges of Discharge of a Firearm in Certain Municipalities, a Class A misdemeanor. Acevedo has since been released on bond.

Derce Lara faces significantly more serious charges: six counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a first-degree felony. Both Alarcon-Sanchez and Derce Lara have immigration holds placed on them.

Remember that these are the very same illegal immigrants that liberals are trying to protect.
