Biden’s Pentagon Secretly Bought Military Device That Is Believed To Cause Havana Syndrome

“Havana Syndrome” may no longer be considered a “conspiracy theory.”

A new report by CNN has revealed that during the last month of the Biden administration, the Pentagon secretly purchased military devices that are believed to cause “Havana Syndrome.”

If you are unfamiliar with Havana Syndrome, according to the NIH, it’s a “mysterious set of symptoms, including severe headaches, dizziness, cognitive issues, and ear pain, reported primarily by U.S. and Canadian diplomats and personnel starting in Cuba around 2016.”

The Hill reported more on the secret purchase:

The Pentagon, during the last days of the Biden administration, secretly purchased a device that some investigators believe could be linked to the “Havana Syndrome,” a medical condition that has impacted U.S. service members, diplomats and spies.

The device, which has some Russian components, was bought by Homeland Security Investigations, using the funding from the Defense Department, and has been tested by the Pentagon for over a year, CNN reported on Tuesday, adding that officials paid “eight figures” for it.

The Hill has reached out to the Department of Homeland Security and the Pentagon for comment.

The device, which produces radio waves, is being studied and is a subject of debate as to whether it is connected to anomalous health incidents (AHIs), also known as the Havana Syndrome.

The existence of the device was first reported by intelligence journalist Sasha Ingber.

60 Minutes reported that Russia has used the weapon against the U.S.:

The report comes after Fox News reported the U.S. military used some sort of sonic weapon in its operation in Venezuela:

A viral story from a man claiming to have witnessed the U.S. operation to capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro states that the U.S. used sonic weapons during the mission to incapacitate opposing forces.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt shared the eyewitness interview on X, encouraging her followers to read the statement. The witness in the interview claims to be a guard who was serving at the Caracas military base where the U.S. captured Maduro.

“We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation,” the witness said. “The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions. We didn’t know how to react.”

The witness then described watching roughly 20 U.S. soldiers deploy out of roughly eight helicopters over the base.

“They were technologically very advanced,” the guard said. “They didn’t look like anything we’ve fought against before.”

“We were hundreds, but we had no chance,” he said. “They were shooting with such precision and speed; it felt like each soldier was firing 300 rounds per minute.”

The witness then describes the U.S. deploying some sort of sonic weapon against Venezuelan forces.
