JUST IN: Democrat Congressional Candidate INDICTED For Blocking ICE Vehicle

A Democrat congressional candidate just learned the true meaning of FAFO.

Last month, Kat Abughazaleh, who is running for Congress in Illinois, posted a video on social media boasting about how she blocked a vehicle at the ICE facility in Broadview.

Today, Abughazaleh was indicted by the DOJ, along with five other leftists who tried to prevent ICE from deporting illegal immigrants.

During a separate ICE protest, Abughazaleh got absolutely wrecked by an ICE agent, who threw her to the ground after she tried to run in front of a vehicle.

Here’s a clip of that:

🚨 BREAKING: MASSIVE FAFO just occurred as Illinois Democrat Congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh has been FEDERALLY INDICTED for attacking and blocking a federal vehicle outside Broadview ICE

At one riot, she was PUMMELED to the ground by an agent who was done with her BS.

In another instance – central to the indictment – she was among a mob that was banging on the federal vehicle.

She and others face an indictment on impeding, intimidating and interfering with an officer of the United States. LOCK ‘EM UP! 🔥🔥

Kat Abughazaleh is being charged with one count of conspiracy and once charge of forcibly impeding, intimidating, and interfering with a federal law enforcement officer.

NBC News reported:

A special federal grand jury has indicted Democratic congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh alongside other protesters who allegedly blocked vehicles outside of a federal immigration facility in Broadview, Illinois.

The indictment, which was filed Oct. 23, alleges that Abughazaleh “physically hindered and impeded” an agent who was “forced to drive at an extremely slow rate of speed to avoid injuring any of the conspirators.” Abughazaleh was charged alongside five other people, including two other political candidates.

She faces one count of conspiracy along with one charge alleging that she “forcibly impeded, intimidated, and interfered” with an officer.

The indictment alleges that the group “conspired with one another and others, known and unknown, to prevent by force, intimidation, and threat, Agent A, a United States law enforcement officer, from discharging the duties of his office, and to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, and while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, and to injure his property so as to interrupt, hinder, and impede him in the discharge of his official duties.”

None of the defendants were arrested, but were notified of the indictment and will self-surrender on Wednesday, Nov. 5, according to a court filing. Judge April M. Perry, a Biden appointee, is assigned to the case.

Abughazaleh has responded to the incident with defiance.

She says it’s nothing more than an “attack” on the First Amendment.

Watch her reaction to the federal indictment here:

So, let me get this straight.

This woman, on multiple occasions, willfully obstructed federal agents working to rid our country of criminal illegal aliens.

Last time I checked, that’s called a crime. Not “political persecution.”

Folks on X are giving Kat a much-needed reality check:

What are your thoughts?

Do you want to see this woman go to jail?
