Even CNN Admits President Trump’s Approval Rating Has RISEN Amid Schumer Shutdown!

Democrats just got some terrible news.

Now 20 days in, the Schumer shutdown is backfiring tremendously and hasn’t harmed President Trump one bit.

In fact, President Trump’s approval rating has gone up during the government shutdown, as Democrats continue to vote to keep it closed.

The new poll from CNN reveals something very enlightening.

The American people, by and large, have woken up and are no longer fooled by the Democrats’ schemes and tactics.

We’ve seen it all before, and their tired playbook of creating problems and pinning the blame on President Trump no longer works.

Mediaite noted:

During Trump’s last shutdown, 61 percent of Americans said they blamed him “a great deal.” This time round, that number has dropped to 48 percent — a 13-point decline that may explain why Trump appears unfazed by the political standoff.

“It’s a different world,” Enten said, pointing to the shifting blame dynamics. “It’s no real wonder that Donald Trump at this point, looking at the shutdown, says: ‘You know what, it’s not actually harming me politically, in large part because he’s getting less of the blame.’”

The findings hint at a transformed political landscape, one in which Trump’s base remains unshaken and the broader electorate is more divided on who bears responsibility for the shutdown.

Chuck Schumer really thought that making outlandish demands that the American people don’t want in the first place to keep the government shutdown would give President Trump a bad look.

Talk about an egregious mistake!

President Trump has only benefited from this mess, as Americans lose even more trust in the Democrat party.
