Trump-hating judge Arthur Engoron was reportedly targeted via an envelope containing a mysterious white powder.
Sources say that two court officers were exposed to the substance but that Engoron never had contact with the contents of the envelope.
The substance is believed to be benign and not harmful, leading many to believe that this was an attempt at spooking Engoron and his staff. All members of the court are currently fine and unharmed. ABC 7 New York confirmed:
The judge was never in any danger.
Two court officers were the only ones exposed to the substance, which is not believed to be harmful but drew a significant response.
