Snoop Dogg’s Brother, 44, Passes Away

Bing Worthington, brother of rapper and actor Snoop Dogg, has passed away.

He was 44.

Snoop Dogg paid tribute to his brother by sharing a video on Instagram with the caption, “@badabing33 always made us laugh. u bac with moms.”

Daily Mail reports:

Snoop also remembered his brother with another snap, captioned with a two sad emojis, a dove emoji, and prayer hands.

Bing and Snoop have been working together for years, with Bing beginning as a roadie for his brother before eventually advancing to tour manager.

‘I started from the bottom, I ain’t just become the tour manager, I was just the road guy. I worked my way to the top,’ Bing told Vice back in 2016.

‘Even though I’m [Snoop’s] brother he didn’t give me a top-ranked position. You can’t just become a president without knowing anything about being the president. You have to learn.’

Speaking of his career, he told the outlet: ‘I do a lot of entrepreneur s**t. I’ve done lots of things with Snoop, like Dogg [Cadillac] DeVilles, Dogg Skateboards, you name it. I come up with a lot of great concepts.

‘As well, I’ve done a lot of work with Snoop on the road and basically putting the albums together, so I’ve been doing this for years.’

TMZ added:

Bing also released music with his own group, Lifestyle … they made a couple albums together and even had a song appear on the ‘Van Wilder 2’ soundtrack — but Bing said he realized he enjoyed the behind-the-scenes business work more and gave up his rapper dreams.

A few years ago, Bing decided to strike out on his own and moved to Canada to open up a music studio and production company — a merger between his own Dogg Records and Canadian hip hop label Urban Heat Legends.

Bing Worthington’s death follows the news of Cori Broadus, Snoop Dogg’s 24-year-old daughter, revealing she suffered a ‘severe stroke.’

“I had a severe stroke this a.m. I started breaking down crying when they told me,” she posted in an Instagram story.

According to NBC News, she shared a photo from what appeared to be a hospital bed.

“Like I’m only 24 what did I do in my past to deserve all this,” she said in another story.
