The Floodgates Are Now Open, Americans Can Now Sue Covid Vaccine Manufacturers

According to notable vaccine injury advocate Steve Kirsch, Americans can now file lawsuits against Covid mRNA ‘vaccine’ manufacturers. Kirsch explained:

“You can now sue the mRNA COVID vaccine manufacturers for damages and the FDA is required to take the COVID vaccines off the market.

Why? Adulteration. The plasmid bioactive contaminant sequences were NOT pointed out to the regulatory authorities.

It’s considered adulteration. I just got off the phone with Professor Byram Bridle and Dr. Robert Malone on this.”

In short, because there was no transparency on the part of these vaccine manufacturers regarding these contaminants, they have opened the door for lawsuits.

A list of lawyers willing to take on these vaccine lawsuits was also provided and you can access the list by clicking here.

This lack of transparency has allegedly opened the floodgates, so to speak, and one medical professional is explaining that vaccine-injured individuals can sue each ingredient supplier separately.

Newsweek recently reported:

The administration of President Joe Biden is hiring additional attorneys to help handle the workload from vaccine lawsuits after seeing a spike in people filing claims.

The COVID-19 pandemic thrust the potential side effects of vaccines into the spotlight, prompting fierce debate about whether the benefits outweigh the potential negative outcomes.

According to the Health Resources Service Administration, Americans also have the option of receiving compensation due to injuries from vaccines that are protected from liability.

However, many of these claims are denied and represent a distinct mechanism from outright suing the vaccine manufacturers and their various ingredient suppliers.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene recently held a hearing on vaccine injuries. You can watch the full 3-hour hearing via the YouTube video below.

Military.Com explained that vaccine manufacturer lawsuits aren’t the only Covid-era lawsuits now coming to a head:

The Defense Department has been ordered to pay $1.8 million in legal fees as settlement for two lawsuits that challenged its requirement that all U.S. troops be vaccinated against COVID-19.

A Florida U.S. District Court judge awarded the money last week to the firm representing the plaintiffs, Liberty Counsel. The cases, one involving several Navy SEALs, were filed by a total of 48 service members.
