JUST IN: Leaked Court Documents Reveal Reason Carlson Was Ousted From Fox News?

The world was shocked by the recent ouster of Tucker Carlson from Fox News.

America’s #1 evening news anchor was unceremoniously dropped by the cable news giant for reasons that were seemingly unclear until now. …

According to Bill O’Reilly, Carlson was fired over ‘pending lawsuits’ and the fear of continued litigation against the network:

While others continue to speculate that it was purely Carlson’s rhetoric that resulted in his ouster from Fox News, recently leaked court documents seem to corroborate O’Reilly’s claims, but there’s a twist. …

According to Trending Politics, it was none other than never-Trump, Paul Ryan, a board member of Dominion Voting Systems, who pushed for Carlson’s ouster and heavily influenced the decision to remove him.

Make no mistake, Carlson’s fiery rhetoric was much to the chagrin of the political establishment, as you can see in the linked tweet below, but the ultimate decision to cut him out seems to be much more directed and calculated.

According to Trending Politics:

According to a recently leaked court document from Dominion Voting System’s lawsuit against Fox News, Ryan has been an influential force behind the network’s decision to move on from Donald Trump.

“As a Board Member, Ryan believed that the period immediately following the 2020 Presidential Election ‘was a pretty important inflection point, not just for the company Fox, but for the country and for the conservative movement itself,’ and shared this ‘view as a fiduciary’ with Rupert and Lachlan,” the document says, citing an exhibit.

“Ryan told Rupert and Lachlan ‘that Fox News should not be spreading conspiracy theories’,” the document added.

The court filing adds that Paul Ryan was deeply involved in discussions of how to cover the post-2020 election fallout.

Far-left Los Angeles Times claims:

Fox News announced the stunning departure of its top-rated host Monday with no explanation, but people familiar with the situation who were not authorized to comment publicly said the decision to fire Carlson came straight from Fox Corp.

Chairman Rupert Murdoch with input from board members and other Fox Corp. executives.
