Earlier this week, President Trump received his annual checkup at Walter Reed Medical Center.
After his visit, President Trump announced that everything went perfectly.
Now, the White House has released the results of his physical exam.
And, sorry fake news, our president remains in excellent health…
In fact, doctors estimated his cardiac age as 14 years younger than his actual age!

Here’s a closer look:
As you may recall, President Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency last year after he was seen with swollen ankles and legs.
But, during his exam, doctors noted that the swelling has gone down and President Trump’s condition has improved since last year.
Here’s a useful summary of all the key results of President Trump’s physical:
- Overall assessment: Declared in “excellent health” with strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and physical function. Fully fit to execute all duties as President and Commander-in-Chief.
- Vitals: Age 79, height 6’3″ (75 inches), weight 238 lbs, resting heart rate 73 bpm, blood pressure 105/71 mmHg, oxygen saturation 98%, temperature 98.7°F.
- Cardiovascular: Normal heart function with no arterial obstruction on coronary CT angiography. Cardiac age estimated ~14 years younger than chronological age via AI-enhanced ECG. Preserved ejection fraction and normal circulation.
- Cognitive/Neurological: Perfect Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 30/30. Normal mental status, cranial nerves, strength, sensation, reflexes, gait, and balance. Normal depression/anxiety screenings.
- Other findings:
- Mild lower leg swelling (improved, due to chronic venous insufficiency).
- Hand bruising from frequent handshaking and aspirin use (benign).
- Scarring on right ear from 2024 assassination attempt.
- All other exams (eyes, ENT, neck, lungs, abdomen, etc.) normal.
- Labs (selected): Total cholesterol 143 mg/dL, LDL 53, HDL 70, fasting glucose 83.2 mg/dL, HbA1c 5.3%, PSA 1.0 ng/mL. All other bloodwork normal.
- Medications: Rosuvastatin and ezetimibe for cholesterol, daily aspirin. No tobacco or alcohol use.
In conclusion, President Trump has been found to be just as fit and sharp as ever — just in time for his 80th birthday coming up here in a few weeks on June 14th.
