Trans-Identifying Substitute Teacher Arrested For Allegedly Plotting ‘M*rder Spree’ At High School

A troubling uptick in violent acts, including school shootings, perpetrated by suspects who identify as transgender has prompted newfound concern in communities across the US.

And while students are typically the shooters in such acts of violence in schools, one recent incident in Virginia serves as a reminder that they’re not the only potential threats.

Fox News had the details:

Hadyn Dollery, 19, of Chantilly, Virginia, was arrested and charged with making “threats of bodily injury” after local sheriffs received tips through the “Safe2Talk” application that the individual was threatening to commit violence at a high school near Aldie.

Dollery was later arrested, however, not on school property, and is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center in Leesburg.

The suspect is housed in receiving at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, and housed alone, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Dollery was a “non-licensed” substitute teacher for the 2025-26 school year and is no longer on the available substitute list for the district, according to FOX’s Washington affiliate.

The news triggered a wave of social media posts expressing heightened concern about American society, and the trans community in particular:

Local authorities apparently weren’t playing the suspect’s gender games and reportedly booked Dollery into custody as a male:

Here’s more on the matter from Breitbart:

“[The criminal complaint] said the threats included going on a ‘murder spree’ at a school. The release said the school was John Champe in Stone Ridge. Freck said Dollery’s message included a ‘kill list,’” according to the report.

FOX’s Washington affiliate reported that Dollery was a “non-licensed” substitute teacher for this school year but is no longer on the substitute list for the district. Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) told the outlet 19-year-olds are allowed to substitute teach as long as they have a high school diploma or an equivalent approved by the state Department of Education.
LCPS spokesman Dan Adams told Fox News that the district “takes all threats seriously, as student and staff safety is our highest priority.”
“In this case, the substitute is no longer on our substitute list and will no longer be allowed to substitute at LCPS,” Adams said.

Other Western nations, including Canada, have seen similar trends recently, as this report from earlier this year reveals:
