Vannesa Trump is sticking up for Woods and on Friday posted a photo of the two of them together.
The Hill had more details to report on Vanessa Trump’s photo and the caption she wrote:
Vanessa Trump, girlfriend of Tiger Woods and former daughter-in-law of President Trump, broke her silence following Woods’ DUI arrest.
Woods was arrested days after the couple was spotted together at the Golf League championship in Florida, with her daughter Kai Trump also in the stands.
Vanessa posted to her Instagram Stories on Friday, using a photo of herself and Woods in a hammock.
“Love you,” she wrote.
Woods was arrested after a car accident on March 27 and charged with a DUI, property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test by the local sheriff’s department.
The golfer was reportedly described as showing signs of impairment and, according to arrest documents, he was found with two pills later identified as hydrocodone, a prescription opioid.
Woods pleaded not guilty.
ADVERTISEMENTThe golf legend on Tuesday said he was stepping away from the spotlight “for a period of time” to seek treatment. The president commended Woods, who he reportedly spoke to before the arrest, on the decision.

MSN reported Woods talked to Trump shortly after the crash occurred:
Golf legend Tiger Woods told a police officer that he spoke to President Donald Trump on the phone shortly after his DUI rollover crash in Florida, a bodycam video obtained by TMZ and published Thursday shows.
“Thank you so much. All right. You got it. Bye,” Woods is heard saying on the police video, as he walked over to an officer who had beckoned him back to the crash scene.
“I was just talking to the president,” Woods told the cop.
The golfer then is heard saying to a man whom TMZ identified as his manager, that “he was very apologetic for what he did last night.”
