I have never seen Trump write this while making a threat to a foreign nation.
In a post on Truth Social on Saturday, President Trump has threatened Iran they have only 48 hours to reopen the Hormuz Strait before the United States goes all out on the regime.
Trump ended his threat by writing “Glory be to God!”
The Hill reported more on Trump’s threat to Iran:
President Trump on Saturday warned Iran that “time is running out” before the U.S. rains “all hell” down on the Middle East country.
“Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Time is running out – 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them. Glory be to GOD!”
Trump’s warning comes after Iranian air defenses struck down two U.S. fighter jets on Friday. The military shot down an F-15E Strike Eagle over the country’s airspace, with both crew members ejecting from the downed fighter. One service member was recovered but the status of the other remains unknown, prompting an ongoing search-and-rescue mission.
The second attack struck an A-10 Warthog attack plane, a close-air support jet. The plane reportedly entered Kuwaiti airspace, the pilot ejected and the plane crashed. The pilot was rescued.
Trump on Thursday had threatened more strikes on Iran’s bridges and electrical infrastructure, warning that the U.S. military “hasn’t even started destroying what’s left in Iran.” A prior strike hit the B1 bridge in Karaj, a city near Iran’s capital of Tehran.

Trump’s threat comes as U.S. forces are attempting to rescue a F-15E pilot who was shot down in Central Iran.
MSN provided the latest update on the search:
The search for an American crew member missing behind enemy lines in a rural stretch of Iran continued Saturday as armed Bakhtiari tribesman tribesmen have fanned out across the desert terrain in a bid to find the vanished US military member.
ADVERTISEMENTThe status of the missing co-pilot remained unknown late Saturday.
The White House has not publicly commented on the incident since White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said President Trump had been briefed.
The pilot and co-pilot were forced to bail out of the F-15E Strike Eagle, a two-seater plane, after it was shot down Friday over Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, near Iraq.
The search for the missing American unfolded as Trump — who stayed in Washington for the Easter weekend — warned Iran it would face “hell” if it didn’t reopen the Strait of Hormuz to commercial shipping by the president’s deadline.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed it shot down the high performance fighter, and the Iranian government dangled a $60,000 reward for the pilot’s capture – while enlisting local villagers in the search.
“If you capture the enemy pilot or pilots alive and hand them over to the police, you will receive a precious prize,” said an announcer on a local TV station. The directive came after an earlier instruction to shoot the pilot if they were found, according to Turkiye Today.
