It’s been a while since I heard Condoleezza Rice’s name in the news.
On Friday, former George W. Bush National Security Adviser, who later became the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, was at the White House.
Rice’s appearance caused concern among some MAGA Republicans due to the fact that Rice was one of the major figures behind the Iraq War.

KOMO reported more on Rice’s visit:
Condoleezza Rice, who served as a state secretary under former President George W. Bush, was seen going to the White House on Friday, according to reports.
“Condoleezza Rice was just seen walking into the White House,” CNN Senior White House correspondent Kristen Holmes wrote on X.
While serving in the Bush administration, Rice was the National Security Advisor from 2001 to 2005. She was also the Secretary of State from 2005 to 2009 and had a big role in the “War on Terror.”
When asked about the situation in Iran, she said that President Donald Trump’s administration was trying to neuter the military strength of Iran.
“If you can render Iran essentially incapable of military action against us and against our allies, that’s worthy,” she said in an interview with Fox News.
“And I think what they’re trying to do is to neuter Iran as a military power in the region.”
Over the weekend, the U.S. and Israel conducted joint strikes on Iran due to fear of the Middle Eastern country building missiles.
Trump even gave her a shoutout:

RSBN reported Rice is urging Trump to end Iran’s military:
Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is urging President Donald Trump to continue military pressure on Iran following the launch of Operation Epic Fury, which resulted in the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Rice, who served as secretary of state under George W. Bush, said in an interview that Iran has posed a threat to the United States for decades and that the latest military campaign represents a long-delayed effort to neutralize that threat.
“Iran has been at war with us for at least 47 years,” Rice said, pointing to the regime’s role in supplying weapons used against American forces during the Iraq War.
She argued that a central objective of the current campaign should be to significantly degrade Iran’s military capabilities.
