After presenting Charlie Kirk posthumously with our nation’s highest civilian honor today, President Trump made a point to speak with Kirk’s parents.
We don’t know what was said, but President Trump was seen conversing with Charlie Kirk’s father and mother for a few minutes before they were joined by Erika Kirk, who embraced her father-in-law.

You don’t see Charlie Kirk’s parents much.
I can’t say I really knew what they even looked like before or after the tragic assassination of their son.
It appears they prefer to stay out of the spotlight. Good for them, honestly.
Another clip showed both President Trump and Vice President JD Vance standing with the grieving parents as ‘Amazing Grace’ played in the background.
And, oh my goodness, the look on their faces is just heartbreaking.
