Talk about having a bad day!
Earlier today we brought you this report about Former NFL quarterback and current NFL on Fox analyst, Mark Sanchez, being hospitalized after getting stabbed in Indianapolis:
Now things have gone from bad to worse as Sanchez was arrested after being hospitalized.
I'm just reading between the lines here but it sounds to me like a road rage incident between Sanchez and another individual and the other guy had a knife.

Yahoo Sports reports the following:
Mark Sanchez, a former NFL quarterback and current Fox Sports analyst, was arrested for three misdemeanors — battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication — after being stabbed early Saturday morning in downtown Indianapolis.
Sanchez, 38, is recovering in a nearby hospital, where he's still located as of 5:15 p.m. ET Saturday, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, which reported that he's not yet been booked into jail.
"The Marion County Prosecutor's Office will make the final charging decision," the latest IMPD statement reads. "An arrest is merely an accusation, and Sanchez should be considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law."
Sanchez was scheduled to call the Indianapolis Colts’ Week 5 home game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, but he will no longer work the game. Brady Quinn, an analyst for Fox's college football pregame show, "Big Noon Kickoff," will fill in for Sanchez on the Colts-Raiders broadcast, Fox told Front Office Sports.
The IMPD first released a statement around 2:15 p.m. ET Saturday about the incident, which occurred near Senate Avenue and West Washington Street around 12:30 a.m. ET.
The "physical disturbance" involved two adult males, resulting in one man receiving lacerations and the other "sustaining injuries consistent with stab wounds," according to the IMPD.
Police believe it was an isolated incident between the two men and not a random act of violence, per the IMPD's first statement. Both men are not local residents, according to IMPD.
ADVERTISEMENTAccording to FOX59/CBS4, the incident began over a parking dispute involving a food delivery driver who is claiming self-defense. The outlet reported:
"The second individual involved in the incident reportedly told police he was making a food delivery when Sanchez told him to leave and that he couldn’t park in the alley. The victim claimed Sanchez became aggressive and used pepper spray. This is when the individual claimed to stab Sanchez in self-defense."

ESPN reported more on the investigation:
The Indianapolis Metro Police Department said in a statement that it is investigating "a physical disturbance" between two men that took place at approximately 12:30 a.m. One man received lacerations while the other man received injuries consistent with stab wounds.
"Detectives believe this was an isolated incident between two men and not a random act of violence," the IMPD said, adding that "the case will be presented to the Marion County Prosecutor's Office for a charging decision."
The IMPD said it is department policy not to identify victims or suspects unless the individuals are being arrested, being charged or being sought.
Sanchez was scheduled to be part of the broadcast crew for Sunday's game between the Las Vegas Raiders and Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium but will no longer work the game.
Sanchez, 38, played eight seasons in the NFL after being selected fifth overall by the New York Jets in the 2009 draft out of USC. He helped the Jets to back-to-back AFC Championship Game appearances in his first two seasons.
