This morning, President Trump appeared on Fox News and shared a beautiful story about the first time Barron Trump met Charlie Kirk.
During his appearance on Fox & Friends, Trump shared that Barron was very excited about meeting Kirk for the first time.
Trump added that the two had lunch together, and after the lunch, Barron told his dad, “That guy is great!”
The 47th President later added that Barron was “hurt” to hear the news of Kirk’s death.
The New York Post reported more on Charlie and Barron’s friendship:
President Trump said Friday his 19-year-old son Barron “was very hurt” by Wednesday’s assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
“He was very hurt when he saw this. But, I mean, everybody was,” Trump said on “Fox & Friends.”
The president said that his youngest child, who recently moved back into the White House while continuing his studies at New York University’s Washington, DC campus, admired Kirk, 31, and even asked for an introduction.
“Barron came to me and he said, ‘Dad, I’d like to meet somebody that you know … Charlie Kirk,’” Trump recalled.
“I said, ‘What?’ I thought he was gonna say, ‘I want to meet like King Charles’ or something.”
Trump said he arranged a lunch between his son and the late Turning Point USA co-founder, who was shot and killed Wednesday while speaking on the campus of Utah Valley University.
“He came back and said, ‘That guy’s great, Dad. That guy’s great.’ You know, it was cute,” the president said.

So what has Barron been up to lately?
Well, he’s been attending NYU Stern School of Business in Manhattan; however, USA Today reported he will now attend NYU’s Washington Campus:
President Donald Trump’s youngest son is reportedly not returning to New York University’s New York campus for his sophomore year of college as expected.
Barron Trump, 19, attended NYU Stern School of Business in Manhattan for his freshman year. Although fall semester classes started Sept. 2, Barron has not yet been spotted in New York.
People and the New York Post have reported that is because he is headed to a different NYU campus for his second year. People, citing NYU security guards, reported Barron did not appear back at the main campus this fall. The New York Post reported he is taking classes at NYU’s Washington, D.C. campus and residing in the White House in the meantime.
I wonder if this switch was made due to the current security risks Conservatives are now facing in the aftermath of Kirk’s tragic assassination.
