Violence Against ICE Agents DRASTICALLY Spikes — Up Nearly 700%

As immigration authorities work tirelessly to end the border crisis in our country, they are facing a drastic spike in violent assault against them.

The numbers are in: assaults against ICE agents have gone up insanely — nearly 700% since President Trump took office.

Fueled by the left’s violent anti-ICE rhetoric, agents have been attacked and doxxed like crazy this year.

And, it doesn’t just affect them, it affects their families, too.

Fox News via MSN detailed:

DHS recorded 10 assault events from Jan. 21, 2024, to June 30, 2024. From the day after President Donald Trump took office earlier this year until Monday, the department recorded 79 assault events, representing a 690% increase year over year.

DHS said the true number is likely higher as they are moving at such a fast pace that some assault reports may not be accounted for yet.

The disturbing trend of ICE attack has gone up exponentially since April.

MSNBC added:

Officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement have spent much of the year raising the alarm about ICE agents facing assaults as part of their duties. In April, for example, the Department of Homeland Security, which ICE falls under, asserted that assaults against ICE officers have increased 300%.

A month later, that figure grew. “ICE officers are now facing a 413% increase in assaults,” DHS claimed in May. In June, officials added, “New data reveals that ICE law enforcement is now facing a 500% increase.” As July got underway, ICE said the new figures pointed to a nearly 700% increase.

This is completely unacceptable.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has promised swift prosecution for those who assault ICE agents.
