Top Bush Official Says $21 TRILLION Spent Building Massive Underground Cities!

A former Bush White House Official just gave one of the most extensive ‘insider’ scoops on something that has long been considered mere conspiracy theory by many.

There are no empirical proofs that I’m aware of to corroborate Catherine Austin Fitts’ claims.

But a growing number of Americans have come to assume that the vast facilities rumored built beneath the ground across the United States is a point of fact.

I’m one of them.

If the last few years has taught me anything it’s that my “weird conspiracy theories” and gut instincts about these sorts of things are usually UNDERWHELMING, compared to the reality.

And if she’s right, one of the most complex secrets ever devised exists unbeknownst to most Americans beneath our feet.

Catherine Fitts’ former job as George Bush Senior’s Assistant Secretary of Housing and Development would seem to give her at least some credibility, if not quite a bit more than the average conspiracy theorist — like yours truly.

But even I will admit that the reality of a vast network of underground hubs connected by advanced transportation tunnels is a lot, once I move it from my imagination and place it smack dab in the real world.

But then, I remember the last few years… and I can picture it plain as day, exactly as she’s describing it, right here in the real world.

Former housing official claims the U.S. gov has secretly diverted $21 trillion to build an underground ‘city’ network for the rich & powerful in a “near-extinction event.”

Catherine Austin Fitts suggests some of these bases are located under the ocean.

Fitts previously served as the Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Housing.

She suggested there are 170 underground bases that are all connected by a big transportation network.

“We systematically went through and tried to estimate … how many underground bases, both underground in the United States, but also underground under the ocean around the United States.”

“And our estimate was 170 with a transportation network connecting them.”

Fitts specifically believes the alleged network of subterranean cities, bases, and the connecting transportation system is designed in preparation for a cataclysmic event.

A massive X-class solar flare or micro-nova from our own sun would be one scenario that seems to be more likely than most of the mainstream (NASA or Government) scientists would have us believe.

I’ve seen quite a bit of info over the last few years that would indicate multiple national governments are aware of that danger, are actively attempting to hide it from the general population, and yet are engaged in preparations to survive.

If you really want to flip your brain upside down (yes, that’s a pole shift / earth flip pun) and go against the commonly accepted grain of physics and the nature of the universe, have a go at Suspicious Observers on YouTube and Ben Davidson’s work on the theory of the ELECTRIC universe.

Be advised — I don’t agree with everything Ben espouses, so this isn’t a blanket referral.  I happen to believe the earth is fairly young, among other things, and Ben does not.

However, I think he is being academically honest in his pursuit of the truth, and his willingness to cover every corner of the data and look at it without presupposing the outcoming is refreshing.

Particularly when it comes to his (I think correct) insistence that the ELECTRIC model of the universe is far more accurate than the gravitational-centric model we’ve been given.

Give Ben and his Suspicious Observers channel a glance if that’s your cup of tea — he has a ton of content, and daily solar updates including the impact on earth (again… pun intended).

Much of Fitts’ research is centered around the expenditures that would — and she claims HAS — gone in to the construction of these underground sites.

Along with help from an economist, Fitts found $21 trillion in ‘unauthorized’ spending during the years she focused on.

And wouldn’t you know it, that $21 trillion matched rather conspicuously the error correcting adjustments the duo uncovered in U.S. government financial records during the same time period, according to the Daily Mail:

Catherine Austin Fitts, who was the US Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development for Housing, joined Tucker Carlson on his podcast this week, saying she found $21 trillion in unaccounted funds was diverted to covert projects between 1998 and 2015.

Based on a two-year study, Fitts estimated there are approximately 170 underground facilities in the US and potentially under surrounding oceans, connected by a secret transportation network.

When Carlson asked about their purpose, Fitts responded, ‘A near-extinction event,’ suggesting the bases are designed to protect elites during a catastrophic scenario.

Fitts is an investment banker and former public official who served as managing director of Dillon, Read & Co. She also served under President George Bush from 1989 to 1990.

Michigan State University economist Mark Skidmore and his team found $21 trillion in unauthorized spending in the Departments of Defense and Housing and Urban Development from 1998 to 2015.

Skidmore worked with Fitts around that time, uncovering that the Army had $6.5 trillion in unsupported adjustments in fiscal 2015 alone.

They also found 170 journal voucher adjustments that are used to correct errors in existing accounting entries or to make necessary adjustments at the end of a reporting period to ensure accurate financial statements.

The adjustments amounted to $2.1 trillion.

Another aspect to Fitts’ description about these secret systems is the power they run on.

Fitts named “Brilliant Light Power” as a company that is involved in the technological secrets of creating the energy that powers these underground cities:

Again, while there are no validating ‘proofs’ of this alleged “undisclosed” energy system, there have been a growing number of incidents involving technologies that seem to defy the known laws of the universe.

Is it plausible the government is currently using undisclosed energy systems that it’s not quite ready to unveil for the rest of us yet?

But if you really want to get serious about putting two and two together and wrapping your brain around whether this is plausible or pure conjecture…

Follow the money.

That’s what Fitts really digs down on, and that’s why I tend to think she knows what she’s talking about.

Here’s a much longer clip explaining in more detail just how that $21 trillion went missing, and WHY it can STAY hidden — even when we go looking for it! :

Fitts told Tucker Carlson that she is “convinced” that undisclosed energy source is real, and in the hands of some group within the U.S. Government.

She gave examples as I alluded to earlier, including the aerial phenomena that has become more and more commonplace, according to the New York Post:

“It’s preparation for catastrophe,” Fitts said, according to Realtor.com.

Fitts, who served as assistant secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President George H. W. Bush from 1989 to 1990, claimed $21 trillion in taxpayer dollars were funneled into the project between 1998 and 2015.

After two years of combing through records related to already documented underground military bases, Fitts says she also looked into “allegations” of a wider bunker network.

Comparing her research against the missing cash, Fitts said she was able to make a “guess” about how many facilities there really are.

And the bases are connected by an elaborate transportation system, she added, while claiming they are powered by a secret energy system known only to the military.

“I’m convinced that this energy exists. If you look at a lot of the really fast ships, flying around the planet, they’re not using classical electricity,” she said, in an apparent reference to a spate of bizarre unidentified aerial phenomena supposedly flying around the skies in recent years.

Those alleged bases are used not just as doomsday bunkers for the elites, Fitts claimed, but also as places for the government to operate “secret” operations like a “secret space program.”

During the Cold War, the Cheyenne Mountain Complex was built inside a Colorado mountain to serve as a hardened base of operations for various military operations. It is currently used by the US Space Force.

And from the 1950s through the 1990s, a bunker intended to house all of Congress in the event of a calamity was built and operated in total secrecy beneath the bustling Greenbrier resort in West Virginia.

The simple plausibility that a group of wealthy Elites are planning to outlast the rest of us in case of some catastrophic event shouldn’t give us pause, in my mind.

What should shock us is how easily those Elites have controlled the information apparatus.

And how methodically they have used it to keep most of the world’s population completely in the dark about the true nature of the universe.

And while the sun or an accidental foray into nuclear Armageddon is generally the topics that come to mind when we envision a secret government subterranean network of doomsday cities…

There is a reasonable question worth pondering: what if the cataclysm these Elites are expecting isn’t an “accident”, but one they are purposefully planning?

Not to be a fearmonger, but that possibility has all the reasonable feasibility of any other scenario we could dream up.

And we already know the globalists are made up of a large contingent of people who definitely want to SHRINK the global population!

I’m honestly not sure where I come down on this issue.

Not that I DOUBT there are Elites who are working to TAKE OUT a good many of the rest of us non-Elites by any means they can…

But I wonder whether something like these underground survival cities would be built primarily as a safety net for those intending to survive a purposeful event to control the population size?

Or if this is just the product of FEARFUL mankind with the ARROGANCE to think they can survive the sun…

Or a large nuclear exchange…

Or any number of cataclysmic events.

There is one extreme that says all preparation is FEAR-BASED, and FAITHLESS – “just trust God”.

The other extreme says that anything less than prudent preparation for possible disaster is foolishness – “God helps those who help themselves”.

Neither of those is in the Bible, by the way.  And neither represent the whole counsel of God’s Word.

It is a natural response to the possibility of disaster to plan and prepare, assuming you can get past the normalcy bias and your own cognitive dissonance that seems to plague people far more in this day and age than in times past.

The Bible calls that “prudence”, and it calls the one who doesn’t prepare “foolish”.

But we don’t live in a binary world, no matter how much the puppet masters want you to think that you do.

And the question in my mind when I hear a former White House Official make claims of underground cities and tunnels and undisclosed energy systems isn’t really centered on whether or not it’s possible.

I firmly believe it is — even probable.  At the least, plausible.

My most pressing question is simply this: what do they know that they’re not telling the rest of us?

The answer could be very simple; nothing — they are acting out of fear of the unknown.

But there are an awful lot — too many — coverups in the region of this topic for me to think $21 TRILLION dollars was spent on a shadowy possibility of danger.

The Bible, the “insiders”, the bold scientists unafraid at bucking the official narrative — they all tell us the same thing.

There is an evil world system controlled by an evil group of ungodly people with evil entities empowering them to pull off evil schemes.

That’s the picture painted by God’s Word, and every other non-Biblical source I find trustworthy — including basic logic and reason.

Why that reality is coming more clearly in to focus now than ever before… I don’t know.

But I recall the Bible talking about the “patience of the saints”, and “enduring”, and a command to “hold fast”, and overcoming by the blood of the lamb and the TESTIMONY of our witness.

And I suspect those may all have their place in this; maybe even more than the bunkers and underground man-made cities of refuge, before it’s all said and done.
