The flimsy “hush money” case against Donald Trump that is currently being prosecuted in Manhattan has drawn sharp criticism of the prosecutor behind the charges and the judge presiding over the case.
But perhaps no one has addressed the situation quite as bluntly as artist Scott Lobaido did with his latest art installation.
As the New York Post reported:
Controversial Staten Island artist and activist Scott Lobaido released 100 pink, penis-shaped balloons featuring the faces of Donald Trump foes like Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg Thursday outside the courthouse where the ex-president’s hush money trial is taking place.
ADVERTISEMENTThe pro-Trump provocateur said he released the “art installation” — which also features the faces of US Special Counsel Jack Smith and Manhattan Judges Juan Merchan and Arthur Engoron — titled “D–ks of Hazard” to show that “these guys are a bunch of useless d–ks.”
“As a New Yorker, this is how we talk,” Lobaido told The Post.
We’ve got a video of the explicit exhibit below, but first let’s take a look at some of the complaints about how the case against Trump is being handled.
BREAKING: BOMBSHELL from Robert Costello, who was Michael Cohen's attorney! He just stated that DA Alvin Bragg's office hid conversations from the grand jury he had with Cohen that Trump did nothing wrong!!!

Why is Hillary Clinton allowed to delete 30,000 emails during an investigation, but Trump is on trial for incorrectly filing something?

Cohen confidant dropped a bombshell on the hill that could blow up the Trump trial. He says Cohen told him he had "nothing" on Donald Trump back in 2018. @JonathanTurley reacts. pic.twitter.com/sCq8rO5O73

President Trump just correctly called out Judge Merchan and Joe Biden for their clear collusion and election interference in this “Biden trial” to get Trump.
We now know that Biden’s campaign is paying Merchan’s daughter Loren.

And then there’s the gag order imposed by Judge Juan Merchant, which Trump’s attorneys continue to fight.
As Politico reported:
The gag order forbids Trump from commenting on witnesses, jurors and other people involved in the hush money case. Since the trial began, Justice Juan Merchan, who imposed the gag order, has twice held Trump in contempt for violating it and has fined Trump $10,000. The judge threatened to jail Trump for future violations.
“President Trump has filed a notice to appeal the unconstitutional and un-American gag order imposed by conflicted Judge Juan Merchan in the lawless Manhattan DA case,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said Wednesday. He described “the threat to throw the 45th President of the United States and the leading candidate in the 2024 presidential election in jail for exercising his First Amendment rights” as “a Third World authoritarian tactic.”
As promised, here’s a video of the balloon release:
