Former Fani Willis Employee TURNS, Provides Evidence To Congressional Investigators…

Things just can’t seem to go right for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, as her career and legal troubles multiply.

A former Fani Willis employee has turned on the Fulton County District Attorney and is reportedly giving information to Congressional investigators.

The whistleblower provided testimony regarding allegations that Willis misused federal funds.

While this is not a development that 100% ensures that things are ‘over’ for Fani Willis, it certainly doesn’t bode well for her.

I can’t see how Willis can recover from all this negative press and regain her professional footing. Here’s the latest on Willis’ worsening situation:

Newsweek reports that Jim Jordan has been placing increased pressure on the Fulton County prosecutor to respond to subpoena demands:

“While you have indicated that additional documents may be forthcoming in response to the Committee’s subpoena, the Committee has yet to receive any additional responsive materials in the three weeks since your initial response.

Accordingly, the Committee expects that you will produce all responsive documents to the subpoena in the categories prioritized by the Committee no later than 12:00 p.m. on March 28, 2024.

If you fail to do so, the Committee will consider taking further action, such as the invocation of contempt of Congress proceedings.”

Jim Jordan told Fox Business: “We’ve talked with the whistleblower, she’s giving information to the press, to us. Now the Department of Justice is looking into this. All kinds of problems with Fani Willis and this ridiculous investigation she’s run on President Trump and others.”

The Department of Justice is now also saying there are ‘inconsistencies’ with Willis’ handling of federal funds, according to Breitbart:

In a Friday statement published Wednesday, a DOJ spokeswoman admitted to the Beacon that “inconsistencies” appeared during its review of Willis’ office.

“During our review of the award to respond to this inquiry, we have noticed some inconsistencies in what Fulton County has reported to [the Federal Subaward Reporting System] and we are working with them to update their reporting accordingly,” the spokeswoman said.
