Nathan Wade Pleads Poverty To End Alimony Payments

Nathan Wade is having a very interesting year so far.

He started out with a temporary settlement in his divorce case.

Then his secret affair with Fani Willis blew up and was exposed to the world.

“What’s done in secret…”

And then recently he was let go of his position as District Attorney, losing his $250 an hour job.

Looks like that settlement he made back in January is now out of his budget.

Funny how when you sow evil, you will eventually start to reap bad things.

If only there was some kind of catchy phrase about that so people could remember it.

New York Posts reports:

Nathan Wade is pleading poverty since losing his prosecutor role in the Donald Trump election fraud case and trying to avoid paying his estranged wife alimony, new court papers show.

Wade — forced to step down as special prosecutor in the Georgia case following the revelation of his affair with District Attorney Fani Willis — says he can no longer afford to honor the terms of a temporary agreement he reached with wife Joycelyn Wade less than three months ago, according to the filing.

“With the income from [Wade’s] employement as the Special Prosecutor no longer coming in, and with income from [his] private practice being diminished, [he] is no longer able to … meet the financial obligations set forth in the temporary order,” Wade’s divorce lawyer M. Scott Kimbrough wrote in papers filed Monday.

Wade was being paid $250 an hour by the Fulton County District Attorney for prosecuting the case against Trump and over a dozen co-defendants.

During the investigation into his affair, it was revealed he had made over $700,000 while working for the DA, and had spent thousands on lavish trips for himself and Fani to the Caribbean, Central America and California.

However, he is now seeking an emergency hearing to lower his spousal support, expenses and the financial obligations he agreed to pay Joycelyn in a temporary settlement reached Jan. 30 in the Cobb County divorce case.

Wade’s filing comes in response to Joycelyn, his wife of more than 20 years, accusing him last week of refusing to pay child support for their two kids, money for rent and for her urgent medical procedures.

She claimed she spent all her money — which she would have used for much-needed surgery — on their son and daughter after Wade abruptly cut them off, telling them to “get the money from your mother,” the papers claimed.

Joycelyn was left with less than $1,000 a month after Wade stopped paying her and she needs funds to pay for her declining health — which also prevents her from working, she alleged.

Wade broke his promise to help financially support his son’s bid to go pro as a soccer player in Europe, to pay for his daughter’s rent and support her as she prepares for medical college admissions exams, Joycelyn claimed.

Joycelyn’s attorneys even asked a judge to throw Wade behind bars until he forks over the money he owes.

Wade and Willis came into the national spotlight when Trump co-defendant Mike Roman outed them for their romantic relationship in court papers in January seeking to boot Willis from the case over alleged misconduct.

Let’s hear what President Trump has to say about this guy.
