Hunter Biden Enters Plea, Court Date Revealed

You know how the old saying goes: if you’re ever accused of anything, deny, deny, deny.

Hunter Biden made waves this weak when he showed up unexpectedly to a Congressional hearing to defend himself from the numerous allegations against him.

Of course, his appearance was cut short following a certain line of questioning from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, causing Biden to storm out of the Congressional chambers.

Now, Joe Biden’s son has entered a plea in the tax and gun case against him. Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty on Thursday.

Hunter Biden’s trial has been set to start on June 20, 2024. Here’s everything we currently know:

The Epoch Times outlined the source of the charges:

Court papers say Mr. Biden failed to pay at least $1.4 million in federal taxes he owed from 2016 through 2019.

Mr. Biden also intentionally failed to file returns on time and included false deductions in one of them when he did file, the indictment alleges.

Sky News, a foreign media outlet, wrote: “Joe Biden’s son has pleaded not guilty to federal tax charges filed after the collapse of a plea deal that could have spared him the spectacle of a criminal trial during the 2024 election campaign.”

USA Today provided more details:

The gun indictment charges Hunter Biden with knowingly deceiving a firearms dealer when buying a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver on Oct. 12, 2018.

He is charged with falsely filling out a federal firearms form denying he was addicted to any narcotics, despite later acknowledging his addiction in a book.
