President Trump Issues NEW Statement In Response To Recent Legal Victory!

Another day, another frivolous 14th Amendment challenge has been eviscerated in the courts!

The 45th President recently won the right to stay on the ballot in Michigan after the Michigan Supreme Court denied the petition to remove President Trump from the ballot.

We were all shocked by the decision from Colorado’s Supreme Court to remove President Trump from the ballot and we will continue to wait for a reversal of that decision.

If the decision is not reversed then I fear we are heading into very dangerous waters; the last time they tried to block a Presidential candidate from appearing on the ballot a civil war eventually ensued.

I fully expected every single one of these 14th Amendment challenges to fail in court, but it caught me by surprise that Colorado’s Supreme Court actually thought this was a good idea. At least the judges in Michigan have some sense!

President Trump took to truth social following the victory in Michigan to state:

CBS News provided the only dissenting opinion from the justices:

One justice, Elizabeth Welch, dissented and wrote the only legal issue properly before the state supreme court is whether the lower courts erred in finding the Michigan secretary of state lacks the authority to exclude Trump’s name from the presidential primary ballot.

Welch wrote that she agrees with the Court of Appeals that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson must place Trump on the primary ballot regardless of whether he is disqualified from holding office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, known as the “insurrection clause.”

Longtime White House physician and Congressman Ronny Jackson remarked: “It’s a shame that the attempt to have Trump REMOVED from the ballot had to go all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court. These attempts to RIG the election should be thrown out EVERYWHERE! KEEP TRUMP ON THE BALLOT IN ALL 50 STATES!!”

According to NBC News:

Courts in Arizona and Minnesota have also ruled against similar efforts to get Trump kicked off the ballot.

The Minnesota Supreme Court last month dismissed a petition by a group of voters to ban Trump from the 2024 GOP primary and general election ballots, saying Minnesota law did not bar major parties from putting even ineligible candidates on the primary ballot.
