WATCH: UFO Spotted Near Air Force One?

A UFO was reportedly spotted hovering near Air Force One earlier this month.

News outlets and the online community attempted to get to the bottom of the sighting, which was documented in an online video currently making its way around the internet.

The video shows a spherical object that appeared to be stationary as Air Force One passed by the aerial object.

Although it is difficult to tell from the video, it appears as if the object in question was spherical, very small, and metallic.

Recall that Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, the former head of the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), explained that the most commonly sighted type of UFO was spherical or orb-like.

These floating orbs have been seen as far back as the Second World War when pilots reported these orbs doing fantastic maneuvers and flying circles around their propeller-driven airplanes. Here’s more on the story:

Daily Mail revealed:

The spherical white or silver object was filmed several times over LAX airport and spotted by multiple witnesses.

Explanations range from a mere balloon, to an alien probe searching for intelligent life. Either way it appeared to give up on the President’s entourage after less than an hour.

The object caused a stir on social media due to its resemblance to ‘metallic orb’ UFOs caught on camera by Reaper drones in the Middle East and studied by the government’s official UFO office – while skeptics dismissed this case as having a mundane explanation.

Below are some still shots and magnified photos of the mysterious object reported to have been seen hovering around Air Force One.

USA Today reports that long-time UFO skeptic Mick West attempted to provide a ‘rational’ explanation for the alleged UFO:

Author Mick West, a well-known a UFO debunker, reviewed the footage for DailyMail.com and concluded it was most likely a balloon.

As for the apparent motion in the video, West said it’s likely an illusion caused by the balloon being closer to the camera than the fast-moving plane in the background.
