It’s no secret that President Trump has been dominating the polls, both within the party and the broader 2024 Presidential race.
This isn’t very hard to grasp, what would be hard to grasp, and quite frankly sad, is if he weren’t leading Biden in the polls after the last three years. The Hill writes:
Recent polls show former President Trump leading President Biden in key swing states that will likely decide the 2024 election, indicating Trump is not just the overwhelming favorite to secure the GOP nomination but is in a strong position to recapture the White House less than a year before Election Day.
Since Biden usurped the White House there has been record inflation, two new wars, a depleted strategic petroleum reserve, the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, and a border crisis unlike any other.
In the three short years since he has been installed, practically all of the gains made by President Trump have been wiped out and replaced by something resembling the Carter years, but far worse.
At the recent rally in Reno, Nevada, President Trump highlighted his strong polling numbers. It might still be too early to tell, but something tells me these polls do actually reflect current American sentiment:

The more Trump is indicted, the more he rises in the polls.
That correlation doesn't prove causation, but what it does prove is that most Americans have so much distrust in the justice system and DOJ that even felony indictments don't undermine Trump's standing with the public: https://t.co/1uHc1dttlz
