Ivanka Trump’s Courtroom Sketch Is So Bad Some Are Calling It A Crime

Ivanka Trump testified in court in President Trump’s NY fraud trial.

It’s not what she said blowing up but what the courtroom sketch artists drew of her.

See it here:

The drawing is so far from what she looks like that some online call it a crime.

The New York Post shares more on the story:

Courtroom sketches of Ivanka Trump on the witness stand at her dad’s civil fraud trial in New York were mocked online β€” with some snarky critics accusing the artist of being β€œjealous” of the former first daughter and committing a creative β€œcrime.”

Ivanka, 41, was depicted on the stand Wednesday by courtroom artist Jane Rosenberg, whose sketch of a disdainful Donald Trump at his Manhattan arraignment in April for falsifying business records in connection to alleged β€œhush money” payments to former porn star Stormy Daniels went viral and graced the cover of the New Yorker.

But many online observers claimed the Reuters artist’s portrayal of Trump’s designer-wearing daughter β€” showing her long blond hair framing her face, which had a pensive expression as she was questioned by state prosecutors β€” was unflattering.

β€œDamn what didΒ Ivanka TrumpΒ do to that court sketch artist cause this feels like a grudge,” one person posted on X.

β€œThis sketch artist should be charged with a crime!,” another wrote.

Some even went as far as to suggest that Rosenberg was sketching out of spite.

People online have been having fun with the sketch.

Making jokes and drawing some of their sketches.

Check some of them out here:

It’s hard not to compare her sketch with Sam Bankman-Fried’s courtroom sketch:

Newsweek shares more on the story:

On Wednesday, Ivanka Trump was confronted with her own emails in court as attorney Louis Solomon questioned her over her December 2011 actions in negotiating the Trump Organization’s loan from Deutsche Bank to purchase the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami, Florida.

The loan’s terms required her father to maintain a net worth of at least $3 billion, independent of any value associated with the Trump brand.

The former president’s financial statement for 2011 claimed that his net worth was $4.2 billion, which Attorney General James says was far higher than the actual figure.

Solomon presented emails on Wednesday that seemingly indicated Trump and others at the Trump Organization were aware that his net worth was lower than the $3 billion required by the loan terms.

All jokes aside.

It is ridiculous that the entire Trump family is being dragged into this bogus case.

Judge Engoron and Attorney General Letitia James must be jailed for this political stunt.
