President Trump Scores Victory In Lawsuit!

President Trump is celebrating after he got a spot of good news on Tuesday.

The 45th President of the United States had a class action lawsuit against him tossed out by U.S. District Judge Lorna G. Schofield.

According to court documents, the lawsuit centered around President Trump’s alleged involvement with a multi-level marketing scheme called ACN.

Judge Schofield ultimately ruled that the claims and grievances presented as part of the lawsuit lacked a common core or resemblance to one another.

In the context of a class action lawsuit, this means there is no lawsuit, there are no coherent complaints—merely an assorted grab-bag of unrelated accusations that do not point to coordinated fraud or malfeasance.

The Epoch Times provided this statement from President Trump following the verdict:

“Today we had a Total and Complete Victory against Far Left Lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, on her ridiculous ACN Class Action Suit, yet another Election Interference Case,” he said on TruthSocial. “It was ruled that there can be no Class Action, and Certification was denied!”

Here are just some of the things the ACN class action lawsuit against President Trump alleged:

Business Insider had more details on the lawsuit:

ACN, which has operated for 28 years in 27 countries, encourages IBOs to recruit within small circles made up of family and friends, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit suggests ACN is a pyramid scheme, a description the company rejects.

ACN classifies itself as a multi-level marketing company, an operation that entails selling services directly from person to person, according to the Federal Trade Commission.
