Here’s The Official Story Of That Missing F-35….Are You Buying It?

Remember that missing $80 million F-35 jet?

Of course you do.

The story made ZERO sense when it first came out and it’s only continued to get stranger.

When the news broke, the story was that the pilot suddenly ejected himself but left autopilot on and so the plane just continued to fly, but the Air Force for some reason had no ability to track it and had no idea where the plane was for quite a long period of time!

They even put up a 1-800 number to solicit tips from the public, as if it were a missing cat or something!

Well, now the plane has (allegedly) crashed and an official story has been released.

My only question: are you buying this?

Here it is….

From Collin Rugg:

JUST IN: Footage of the debris field of the F-35 jet has been released after it was located in a field in Williamsburg County, South Carolina.

The crash site was about 80 miles from Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.

The F-35 fighter jet appeared to run through a group of trees before crashing down in the field.

In 2019, concerns were raised by the Pentagon of the possibility that the F-35 could be hacked.

It’s still unclear what caused the crash…

Ok, so it crashed 80 miles from an Air Force base and yet the Air Force had no idea where it was?

Anyone buying that?

Luckily it came crashing down in a field.

Speculation is being reignited that the F-35 could be hacked.

Is that what happened here?

That would make much more sense, wouldn’t it?

If the pilot suddenly realized the jet had been hacked and he no longer had control, that would explain why you would eject out.

It would also explain how the plane kept flying.

And if hacked, it would explain perhaps why tracking software was turned off?

Here’s more:

BREAKING: The pilot ejected out of the $100 million F-35 jet that went missing due to “bad weather” according to the pilot (allegedly).

One of the most advanced fighter jets in the world crashed because of bad weather… they think you are dumb.

“He’s unsure of where his plane crashed, said he just lost it in the weather,” said someone on Charleston County Emergency Medical Services call while relaying what the pilot allegedly said, as reported by the New York Post.

Unreal.

Or do you believe the “official story” that the pilot just ejected out because of “bad weather”?

LOL, do they really think we’re that dumb?

Bad weather?

You just abandon an $80 million fighter jet for some bad weather?

An $80 million piece of machinery and it can’t handle weather?

From the New York Post:

The pilot who ejected from a $100 million F-35 fighter jet claimed to have lost the plane in the weather — and likely bailed out before he could activate its tracking system, sources and experts said.

“He’s unsure of where his plane crashed, said he just lost it in the weather,” a voice can be heard saying of the pilot on a Charleston County Emergency Medical Services call posted Tuesday by a meteorologist.

The unidentified pilot landed in a North Charleston residential neighborhood and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

He has since been discharged.

Military officials have not yet released a specific reason for the pilot’s hasty exit, only referring to the incident as stemming from a “malfunction.”

Longtime military aviation expert and consultant Richard Aboulafia told The Post the pilot was likely operating the stealth fighter without any tracking capabilities activated — and ejected before he could do so.

MSN reports of some people who saw the jet right before it crashed — allegedly:

My friends over at The Gateway Pundit had more to add:

Here are just a few of the responses to the pilot’s story that appeared with Collin Rugg’s tweet:

Michael Wilson @sirmichaelwill had this to say about the pilot ejecting from the $100 million aircraft because of bad weather:

Yeah, this whole story doesn’t add up. What aren’t they telling us?

The response to the pilot’s story by Pedro @ElCapitanTweets is brutal:

He had a higher chance of getting hit my lightning when ejecting.. poor decision making. Doesn’t pass the smell test. He doesn’t need to be back in the cockpit and needs to be behind a desk if a little thunderstorm scares him.

Unreal.

An F-35, pinnacle of aviation tech, outsmarted by… weather?

Either Mother Nature just upgraded, or they truly believe we’ll buy any story they sell.

And that pilot’s sense of direction? Probably uses a sun dial in the cockpit.

Astonishing!

Mark Sullivan @Sullie870125 wrote:

Keep in mind we are in the era of woke quotas, so unfortunately there is no guarantee the pilot was actually qualified to even fly the aircraft so there’s that

So….what do you think?

You buying that story?

Me either!

In case you missed it, here was our prior reporting on this story:

BREAKING UPDATE: F-35 Reportedly Found

How does one lose a fighter jet?

This morning, WLTR reported on a missing F-35 stealth fighter aircraft that crashed this weekend. The pilot of the aircraft was reportedly forced to eject due to an onboard failure.

We still don’t know what exactly caused the failure and it has to be noted: the craft was on autopilot when the pilot ejected and survived the crash.

The military tapped the public for aid in sighting the downed aircraft, and now we are seeing reports that the F-35 which was mysteriously downed this morning has been located, well, at least the wreckage was.

Collin Rugg provided the update: “The missing F-35 fighter jet has allegedly been found in a field in Williamsburg County, South Carolina.”

Fox News reported on Sunday:

“Based on the jet’s last-known position and in coordination with the FAA, we are focusing our attention north of JB Charleston, around Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion,” Joint Base Charleston said in a statement on Facebook.

“The public is asked to cooperate with military and civilian authorities as the effort continues,” the base added.

Many Americans found the initial story of the missing F-35 unbelievable and lacking credulity—what followed next was a bevy of memes, arguments, and jokes aimed at the Biden administration and the state apparatus.

On Monday evening NBC News confirmed:

The debris was discovered Monday evening about two hours northeast of Joint Base Charleston, an air base in North Charleston, officials said, without providing further details.
