Hunter Biden Case: IRS Whistleblower Notes REVEALED—See Them Here

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapely had his name dragged through the mud by pundits in the MSM who would have you believe that the allegations against Hunter Biden have no substance.

Shapely met with U.S. Attorney David Weiss late last year and took some notes during the meeting that directly contradict Weiss’ testimony to Congress.

According to those handwritten notes, Weiss claimed that he ultimately had no power when it came to bringing a case against Hunter Biden.

On Wednesday, the House Judiciary GOP announced: “IRS Supervisory Agent Gary Shapley’s handwritten notes of his October 2022 meeting with Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss quotes Weiss saying he was “not the deciding person” on charging Hunter Biden with tax crimes. Weiss has changed his story multiple times.”

Just The News had more:

The notes attached to the letter clearly state Weiss told agents that he had tried to be appointed a special counsel unsuccessfully and was not going to bring criminal charges against Hunter Biden for failing to pay taxes on 2014-15 income, including hundreds of thousands of dollars he had received in compensation from Burisma Holdings in Ukraine.

Lawyers for the IRS whistleblower penned this letter and provided the contents of the handwritten notes to the House Judiciary Committee.

Washington Examiner provided some of the contents of the handwritten notes above:

Weiss also said at the meeting, according to Shapley, that he had been blocked from bringing charges against Biden in California and Washington, D.C.

“USA CA — [Martin] Estrada in charge of authorizing these charges in that jurisdiction + Weiss requested Special Counsel status in D.C. + Main DOJ said ‘no’ — follow the process,” Shapley wrote in the notes.
