Democrat lawmaker Jim Himes of Connecticut has admitted that it’s very clear Hunter Biden broke the law.
Rep. Himes stated, “And it is clear that he (Hunter) broke the law with respect to taxes and possibly the ownership of a handgun.”
He continued “He should be held accountable for that.”
Himes then shifted gears and tried to point the fingers at Republicans and added “If he traded on his father’s influence, he should be held accountable for that. And I’m emphasizing this because you never, ever heard a Republican say the same thing about Donald Trump or his family.”
Well well well, the damn is starting to crack. I hope Jim Himes goes into the witness protection program. The dem/communists are never ever allowed to go off the ranch. The politburo will not be happy. https://t.co/Xcj1oJ2tMC

Check out what Fox News reported:
A Democratic congressman admitted that it’s “clear” Hunter Biden broke the law during an interview on Friday.
Connecticut Congressman Jim Himes took a swipe at Republicans Friday night before acknowledging the first son’s legal troubles.
“Let me say something that you never heard a Republican member of Congress say in the four years of the Trump administration, which is that if Hunter Biden broke the law, he should be prosecuted,” Himes said on MSNBC. “And it is clear that he broke the law with respect to taxes and possibly the ownership of a handgun. He should be held accountable for that.”
Himes criticized Republicans for not speaking out against former President Donald Trump when he was indicted, but also acknowledged that Hunter Biden should be held accountable if he used his father’s influence to commit crimes.

After being denied a plea deal, the White House isn’t planning to pardon Hunter Biden.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had a terse, one-word answer when asked on Thursday if there was any chance President Joe Biden would consider pardoning his son.
“No,” she replied.
There are few restrictions on presidential pardon power, but the White House has consistently maintained that it is not interfering with the Justice Department’s work on this matter.
Hunter Biden’s plea deal, which would have allowed him to avoid prison time for tax and gun charges, fell apart in court on Wednesday.
The legal setback left the president’s son in limbo. He pleaded not guilty to the charges, to which he had been prepared to plead guilty under the original agreement.
House Republicans have been contemplating an impeachment inquiry against the president to get to the bottom of his alleged involvement in Hunter Biden’s business activities.
The White House has denied the Bidens have been in business together, though previously, it was said they never discussed business.
The elder Biden’s team has hesitated to weigh in on matters involving Hunter Biden.
“Hunter Biden is a private citizen, and this was a personal matter for him. As we have said, the president and the first lady, they love their son, and they support him as he continues to rebuild his life,” Jean-Pierre said at Wednesday’s briefing. “This case was handled independently, as all of you know, by the Justice Department, under the leadership of a prosecutor appointed by the former president, President Trump.”
