Central Bankers Want to Implant CBDCs Underneath Your Skin, Economist Says

According to a report from LifeSiteNews, German economist Richard Werner said in an interview there are plans to develop central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) to be implanted underneath your skin.

These implants would ‘look like a small grain of rice.’

“I was taught by a central banker [that] the CBDCs look like a small grain of rice that they want to put under your skin,” said Werner, according to LifeSiteNews, in an interview with Ivor Cummins.

LifeSiteNews reports:

Werner, who shared that he has spent time at various central banks, believes such planned implanted CBDCs are a “violation of human dignity,” adding that central bankers realize this common opinion among the masses “is a hurdle.”

“They say there’s a problem of trust because people suspect that governments and central banks are just trying to roll this out in order to monitor and control and restrict transactions. They’re absolutely right,” said Werner, adding, “That is the true attraction for central planners to this powerful technology.”

According to Werner, in the “initial phase,” CBDCs will be introduced through phone-based apps, as other forms of digital currency are currently used.

“Why hasn’t it been rolled out yet? There’s no actual need for it. That need has to be created,” Werner said.

He further predicted that central banks will use a carrot-and-stick approach to persuade people to adopt CBDCs under the skin, starting with generating economic crises that will induce a demand for universal basic income (UBI).

Werner speculated that banks will claim that they “need the latest technology, the CBDC chip implant,” in order to run the UBI “efficiently.”

He pointed out that the bankers have “deliberately delayed their agenda,” since the technology needed for launch was ready since about 2015.

In his latest report, Greg Reese said Werner was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow (GLT) by the World Economic Forum in 2003.

“Here, he tells us an insider’s view of what to soon expect and says the only way to survive the Great Reset is for us to immediately begin setting up our own banking system,” Reese says.

Microchip implants may seem like a conspiracy theory.

However, they’re already being used on humans.

Sweden is one country where thousands of residents have microchips inserted beneath their skin.

From NPR in 2018:

Technology continues to get closer and closer to our bodies, from the phones in our pockets to the smartwatches on our wrists. Now, for some people, it’s getting under their skin.

In Sweden, a country rich with technological advancement, thousands have had microchips inserted into their hands.

The chips are designed to speed up users’ daily routines and make their lives more convenient — accessing their homes, offices and gyms is as easy as swiping their hands against digital readers.

They also can be used to store emergency contact details, social media profiles or e-tickets for events and rail journeys within Sweden.

Proponents of the tiny chips say they’re safe and largely protected from hacking, but one scientist is raising privacy concerns around the kind of personal health data that might be stored on the devices.

Around the size of a grain of rice, the chips typically are inserted into the skin just above each user’s thumb, using a syringe similar to that used for giving vaccinations. The procedure costs about $180.

So many Swedes are lining up to get the microchips that the country’s main chipping company says it can’t keep up with the number of requests.

ITV News aired this 2019 video report on why human microchipping is so popular in Sweden:

So, we know the technology is already available.

The challenge for the global elite and central bankers is utilizing carrot-and-stick to roll out the technology to the masses.

It’s critical that we resist this totalitarian, digital enslavement technology at all costs.
