Hillary Clinton Is Grifting Off Trump’s Indictment

Hillary Clinton is using Trump’s most recent indictment to make a profit.

Shortly after it was announced Trump was indicted on 37 counts, Hillary Clinton thought it was an oprtune time to release a new hat.

On the hat it’s written “but her emails.”

Essentially Clinton is gloating about the fact she never faced consequences for deleting her 33,000 emails during the midst of a probe.

Take a look at the new hat here:

According to the site, Clinton is selling the hat for $32 dollars.

Per The Washington Examiner:

Less than 24 hours after news broke of former President Donald Trump’s federal indictment, Hillary Clinton responded with a sales pitch for her clothing merchandise.

The former secretary of state announced via social media on Friday that her “But Her Emails” hats and other assorted items were on sale for a limited time. Onward Together, her political action organization, sells the merchandise.

She received online backlash for the ad.

“Hillary Clinton is gloating that the rules that apply to Trump do not apply to her,” one Twitter user said.

“Still not president,” another simply put.

The mocking phrase “But Her Emails” refers to the controversy behind Clinton’s use of a personal email server while she was secretary of state during the Obama administration. Her private server was a cornerstone of Trump’s attacks on her during the 2016 presidential election.

The New York Post got the scoop too:

Hillary Clinton faced backlash on social media Friday after she appeared to make light of her own classified material scandal in a sardonic response to former President Donald Trump’s federal indictment.

Clinton tweeted out a link hawking hats with the phrase “But Her Emails” — a reference to a rally cry of sorts used by Trump during the 2016 presidential election over the former secretary of state’s use of a private email server during her time in the Obama administration.

The email server fiasco led to a federal probe, but unlike Trump, Clinton was never charged.

“Bringing this back in light of recent news: Get a limited-edition But Her Emails hat and support [Onward Together] groups working to strengthen our democracy,” Clinton wrote in a tweet on Friday, including a link to buy the $32 “unstructured dad hat.”
