“Ashley” Webb’s Songs REVEALED!

Earlier this morning, I brought you a report on Graham Platner’s replacement in the Maine Senate race.

That would be “Ashley” Webb.

“Her” qualifications?

She’s a songwriter and she writes her own books.

So that begged the question….Where can I go to hear these songs?

I have to hear these songs!

And that’s where we hit a bit of a brick wall.

I put the smartest AI on it, ChatGPT’s Sol 5.6 Ultra, and it told me it can’t find any songs “she” has written.  None.   Nowhere.

I dug into this pretty thoroughly.

The person in the debate is Ashley J. Webb, a current Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate in Maine. Multiple recent news reports describe her as an author and musician/songwriter.

However, I cannot find any evidence that she has ever publicly released her music.

I searched for:

  • YouTube channels

  • Spotify artist pages

  • Apple Music

  • Bandcamp

  • SoundCloud

  • ASCAP/BMI songwriting registrations

  • Public discographies

  • Music videos

…and came up empty. The only references I found are biographical descriptions calling her a “musician,” “author and musician,” or her own statement during the debate that she’s “a songwriter.”

What I found

During the debate she answered:

  • “I’m a songwriter and I write my own books.”

  • Her Maine Democratic Party profile does not link to any music, albums, videos, or artist website.

  • The Maine Press Herald identifies her simply as an author and musician, but likewise provides no music credits or releases.

Videos

At the moment, the only videos I can verify featuring Ashley Webb are political videos, not music videos:

Bottom line
