Deranged West Virginia Man Arrested for Threatening to Rape & Murder President Trump

A truly sick individual has been arrested in West Virginia after making graphic, violent threats against President Trump.

20-year-old Cody Lee Smith of Clarksburg confessed to threatening President Trump, as well as his family, supporters, and ICE agents.

Violent threats against law enforcement will NOT be tolerated.

Cody Lee Smith, from West Virginia, was ARRESTED for threatening both President Trump and ICE agents. Smith called the ICE tip line and threatened to KILL the tip line operator, the operator’s family, and ICE agents in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Fox News shared some specifics on the types of vile threats Smith was making:

The document states that Smith sent a direct message to Donald Trump Jr. on Instagram that declared, “I’m going to rape your worthless father while Benjamin netanyacuck sits in the oval CUCK throne and watches with his jugular cut while the life leaves his pathetic eyes and then after I’m done your getting raped.”

The indictment reports that Smith asserted in an Instagram post, “Donald j Trump likes little boys and little girls and is an Israeli asset he deserves to be raped and murdered @REALDONALDTRUMP @donaldjtrumpjr I will kill you b[—-] a[–] dad.”

It also alleges that the man posted, “If I see a single trump supporter I don’t care the relation[,] I don’t care their age[,] I don’t care if they are mentally handicap[,] I’m murdering them in front of their entire family[,] same goes to the first war supporter or service member who’s willing to bootlick.”

He called the ICE tip line and “threatened to kill ICE agents in Clarksburg, West Virginia, the tip line operator, and the operator’s family,” the indictment alleged.

The document also alleged that Smith had declared in a post, “Donald Trump just announced the godd[—] hunger games[.] IMPEACH THIS MOTHERF[—–] WITH A .308.” — the indictment noted that the post featured a Leathermouth song titled, “I Am Going to Kill the President of the United States of America.”

This lunatic is now facing up to 15 years total in federal prison.

Cody Lee Smith, 20, admitted to making threats to kill the President and to harm ICE agents. According to court statements, on January 17, 2026, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department reported that Smith had posted threats on social media, including threats to attack and kill ICE agents and President Trump. Homeland Security and ICE agents reviewed his Instagram posts and confirmed multiple threats against President Trump, his supporters, and federal law enforcement. That same day, Smith also sent a direct Instagram message to Donald J. Trump Jr. containing a sexually violent threat against President Trump. On January 18, 2026, Smith called the ICE tip line and threatened to kill ICE agents in Clarksburg, as well as the operator and the operator’s family.

Smith faces up to 5 years for the presidential threat charge and faces up to 10 years in federal prison for the threats against ICE. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew Cogar is prosecuting the case on behalf of the government.

Investigative agencies include Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Secret Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the West Virginia State Police and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office.
