WATCH: Freedom 250 Unveils Preview of Great American State Fair

In just a few weeks, the Great American State Fair will open to the public at the National Mall in Washington, D.C.

The fair is being put on by Freedom 250 as a way for patriots to gather and celebrate our great nation’s 250th birthday.

Today, Freedom 250 shared a video preview of what the fair will look like.

A Ferris wheel overlooking the monuments. More than 150 exhibits from all 56 states and territories. Live entertainment, cultural programming, family attractions, innovation showcases, and spectacular flyovers.

A world-class exposition and modern-day World’s Fair celebrating the people, traditions, innovations, and spirit that make America the greatest nation on Earth. Featuring more than 150 exhibits from all 56 states and territories, businesses, innovators, and civic organizations, the Great American State Fair will showcase the very best of America through state pavilions, industry displays, family-friendly attractions, movie screenings, musical performances, military ensembles, spectacular flyovers, daily cultural programming, and an iconic Ferris wheel on the National Mall.

Event Location The Great American State Fair will take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC, between 14th Street and 4th Street.

Attendees can enter the fairgrounds at the following entry points:

7th Street at Jefferson Drive SW and Madison Drive NW

Tickets & Admission The Great American State Fair will be free and open to the public. Advance guest pre-registration will be encouraged; walk-ups are welcome. Register here.

Parking / Transportation Guests are strongly encouraged to use rideshare or public transit, including metro.
