Well, it’s official.
After five days of ballots pretty much pouring in for every candidate but Spencer Pratt, Nithya Raman has overtaken him in the Los Angeles mayor race.
Here’s the latest look at the election results:
I’ll sum it up simply.
Spencer Pratt is losing because @LeaderJohnThune refuses to pass the SAVE America Act.
We have to stop voter fraud.

The Los Angeles Times detailed the results further and shared a statement from Raman’s campaign:
Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman surged past reality television personality Spencer Pratt in the city’s mayoral primary election Sunday, capping off a five-day turnaround after she fell behind Pratt on election night.
Raman now sits in second place with Pratt in third, according to the latest vote count from the Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder. Raman had 27.1% of the votes counted so far, and Pratt had 26.7%.
Both are vying to compete in a Nov. 3 runoff against Mayor Karen Bass, who garnered 34.7% of the vote as of Sunday, and whom the Associated Press already determined has qualified for the runoff.
“The odds have shifted dramatically in Raman’s favor,” said Zev Yaroslavsky, a former council member who runs the Los Angeles Initiative at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. “The trend is clear. She has been gaining on Pratt for the last three or four days. There’s no reason to believe that will change. It is still close, but she is at this point more likely to be in the runoff than Pratt is.”
Raman now leads Pratt by 3,113 votes. In the latest update, Raman took in 19,096 votes, with Bass getting the next most at 15,691 and Pratt taking in 8,489.
“We are encouraged by the latest vote count and remain grateful to the thousands of Angelenos who have powered this campaign,” Raman said in a statement issued by her campaign.
Decision Desk HQ now projects Raman to win second-place and advance to a runoff against current Mayor Karen Bass.

The Hill confirmed that Karen Bass and Nithya Raman are projected to advance:
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) and Democrat Nithya Raman are projected to face off to lead the country’s second largest city this November, according to Decision Desk HQ.
With 87 percent of votes in, Bass is at 34.68 percent, and Raman is at 27.12 percent, according to Decision Desk HQ.
The June 2 results put Bass, a progressive who defeated wealthy Republican-turned-Democrat Rick Caruso in the 2022 mayoral race, on track to win a second term. But she’s faced a tough challenge from Raman, a councilmember for LA’s District 4, amid criticism over the incumbent’s first term in office.
The pair defeated Republican reality TV star Spencer Pratt, who was at 26.69 percent of the vote, according to Decision Desk HQ, and Democratic tech entrepreneur Adam Miller, among others. A UC Berkeley-LA Times poll from late May found Bass just one point ahead of Raman, and four points ahead of Pratt.
This is insane.
Five days ago, Nithya Raman basically gave her concession speech.
She knew she’d lost!
Remember that this was her on election night, crying after coming in a distant third place:
On election night, no-name, no support Nithya Raman sobbed & conceded the race
She apologized to her family for failing
This made sense. She polled in the single digits & bombed in the debate. Now a historically insurmountable 3rd place

But, that was before all the mail-in ballots started pouring in…
Based on the results of election night, it should have been impossible for this woman to have a chance.
Don’t even get me started about her debate performance!
For so many reasons, it should have been easy for Spencer Pratt to defeat her — and, by all appearances, he did on election night.
And yet, now, in an utterly miraculous upset, she’s about to emerge as the winner.
I wonder why that is?
This might give you some answers:
Mail-ins arriving before Election Day:
🔵 Bass: 38.1%
🔴 Pratt: 27.9%
🔵 Raman: 20%Mail-ins arriving after Election Day:
🔵 Raman: 37% (+17% surge)
🔵 Bass: 34.9% (-3% drop)
🔴 Pratt: 19% (-9% drop)Who are we kidding here? This is fraud.

Many folks are taking to social media to call out the (alleged) fraud that we are seeing happen in California.
Take a look at some of these replies:
BREAKING: Nithya Raman just defeated Spencer Pratt after giving a concession speech on election night and then getting the largest number in almost every mail-in ballot dump.
They just cheated in an election right in front of our eyes.

🚨 JUST IN: Socialist Nithya Raman has OVERTAKEN Spencer Pratt in the Los Angeles mayoral election, despite Pratt’s previously sizable lead, per VoteHub
Absolutely RIGGED. This needs to be THOROUGHLY investigated.
Raman has conveniently received a WILDLY disproportionate amount… pic.twitter.com/Zbc5u6xGoY

Raman has conveniently received a WILDLY disproportionate amount of “late mail-in ballots” compared to both Bass and Pratt.
Pratt made an absolute FOOL out of Raman in the debates, even forcing her to retract her previous support of defunding the police.
God bless Spencer Pratt.
I try not to get political. But LA is where I live, and I am here to tell you: There is 0.0 percent chance these results are legit.
Nithya Raman has no base. No one knew who she was until Spencer Pratt torched her on debate stage. She gave a concession speech on Tuesday.

I really hope the federal government and @USAttyEssayli
are investigatingADVERTISEMENT(Again, apologize for getting political. Feel free to unfollow if this bothers you.
But a light needs to be shined on what’s happening)
However, it’s not over until it’s over.
California will keep counting votes until July 6th, and the DOJ is currently investigating accusations of election fraud.
We covered that further here:
BREAKING: DOJ Launches Multiple Election Fraud Investigations in California
Spencer Pratt reacted to the news that Raman Noodles has pulled ahead of him with this snarky post on X:
"A net swing of more than 43,000 votes since Tuesday.."
43,000, huh? Where have I seen that number before...?
Probably nothing. 🤷 https://t.co/W2E3k6PHyR pic.twitter.com/ZfzHCy9enb

Earlier in the day, Pratt also posted a hopeful message on social media, hinting that he may have something up his sleeve to expose the fraud...
"They're not the only ones who know where to find votes," he wrote in a post on X.
Read it here:
Remember everyone…we are still in the lead, and we’ve got allllllll the way til July 6th to keep counting. They’re not the only ones who know where to find votes 😉 pic.twitter.com/rqgIcwUtGZ

Perhaps this whole thing is a sting to finally catch Democrats cheating -- once again -- and expose it all?
I certainly hope that is the case.
